Great place to treat yourself! Very busy but that's why, they do a great job ?.
Requested style: My stylist did great with my nails! I didn't like the first polish I chose, she was very nice and accommodating removing it. Also, despite a small language barrier, another stylist joined in to help us.
Cleanliness: Very, very clean work areas and equipment. You clean up after each customer very well! I've never have been offended by uncleanliness.
Stylist: My stylist was fantastic, very kind and professional. Great attitude!! Wonderful final job, I love it ?! As usual!

I will never return to this establishment. My nails popped off after 4 days, and those one-star reviews are the truth. Response to the reply: My nails popped off in the middle of a meeting when I put papers on the table. I came back to the establishment the day after it happened, let them know, showed them my nails, and asked them to remove the nails that were remaining. The tech did remove it and did a new set. My mistake was assuming the process was free since my nails popped off after 4 days - meaning my nails weren't done properly in the first place. I was charged again - was told I should've called, only have the missing nails redone, and I have to pay the tech for her time. What about my time, money wasted on a set that was poorly done, and the embarrassment I faced when my nails bounced around the table full of people. The tech (not the manger) tried her best to make me happy after the exchange, but the damage was already done. They ripped me off, and I gave a very generous tip the first time I visited, too. Lesson learned, never again. Pic: second visit.

I come to this nail shop frequently and don’t have a specific person I go to. Today I went for a pedicure and Ms. Lee was very nice. She listened to what I wanted and got my callous all the way off!
Music is good, atmosphere is nice and when not busy you’re in and out. The prices here are fair for what you get that’s why I will keep coming.

I haven’t been to this business in so long but I found out my mom frequently visits based on how the staff know her preferences that it blew me away! I was so touched by Cindy’s hospitality and additionally how gentle she was with the eyebrow waxing (which I hadn’t done in years). Jake also did a great job with my pedicure considering I was a first timer and unsure of everything. The courtesy was unmatched, I’m definitely going to return.

I had a great experience today getting my dip powder completed on fingernails, a polish change on my toes and waxing. Lee Was amazing!!! She was so kind and gentle. She made good suggestions. And she did all my services.
Cleanliness: The facility was clean. And they actively clean up during treatments and the day.

Lady in front was suppose to do my eye brow and lashes. She rushed my eye brows and did not do a good job cleaning all the hair. Then, before installing the lash, I asked donyou use lash glue she said no, track glue. I told her I don't want the lashes because the track glue burns your eyes when you sweat. She caught an attitude and said it burns a little bit then go away. So I said no! She walked through the store speaking in mandarin. Everyone looked at me at the same time. Made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I paid for the eye brow job then asked for a receipt. She told me no receipt because I paid cash. I would never return to this store ever again.

I got a new set and my set was very sloppy when I came to the paint. And the Acrylic was heavy.So my nails look really thick. I will not go back here again.!! I rather pay to get to fix somewhere else.

I absolutely loved my Raspberry Sorbet Pedicure! Rachel was super sweet and I felt so pampered and relaxed! I was in extreme immediate need of a pedicure on a busy Holiday Memorial weekend Saturday after 3:30pm and this shop delivered! She rubbed my troubles away! I'm super satisfied ? and now a returning customer to come relax and get a Spa pedicure! Very Clean & friendly,Walk ins are welcomed, Easy Check in Process,also they serve you Wine too while you Unwind! 10 out of 10!

I really enjoyed my experience here. I'm sure I pass twenty nail salons on my way out here, it's so worth it. Van did my pedicure, fills & eyebrows. She was very nice and attentive to all my requests. Everything looks exactly as I asked for it. Everything is beautiful....but she did a really great job on my eyebrows. They were wrecked at another salon , and Van is the only one who could make them look normal again! They offered me complimentary selection of beverages ( wine, mimosas, orange juice, soft drinks water, etc) I found the clientele in the salon to be extremely pleasant. Everyone was chatting nicely. The lady next to me was waiting specifically for Rose, and she did a nice job on her pedicure. I definitely recommend this salon. Today was the day before Mother's Day and it was packed, but they were pretty efficient. I waited a bit....but I was sitting in the massage chair with my feet soaking...so that was nice. I got there at 1:30pm and left at 3:15pm. I will be returning. I think I found my new nail salon home!
