I came here to have my little brother’s glasses fixed and honestly expected a charge but it was free. Everyone had a great attitude and will definitely continue doing my business with my eye doctor.

It's 12pm my appointment was at 11am they literally called and harassed my phone for this appointment. Then I get here on time and my appointment is not called until am hour later. The receptionist are rude and couldn't give me any valid reason that I haven't been called yet. There's also something in the air heavy dust particles that choke you up while you wait. The frames for people using insurance suck really bad.

Previously had a good experience at this location, but I won't be able to continue as a patient because of their scheduling policy. I booked an appointment more than two weeks in advance (and checked in online), but they now require a verbal confirmation a few days before the appointment, so my appointment slot was given away. I was traveling out of the country and unable to receive messages about this policy. Please be aware if you have a job that doesn't allow you to answer/make phone calls during business hours or if you already struggle with administrative burdens when it comes to taking care of your health.

I want to rave about this locations’ current eye doctor. I don’t expect too much for myself but my mom has dementia. Dr Courtney Goode was amazing with my mom. She took her time, was patient, found different ways to guide my mom through the exam to get the best results, and she provided positive feedback to my mom the entire time, keeping her calm and engaged. I’m so pleased with Dr Goode. She explained mom’s cataract condition to me, I felt so good about the visit. We choose new frames from my mom this visit as well. Both mom and I have been going to the location in downtown Hyattsville for years, but Dr Goode is the absolute best!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience!!!!! Please visit ALYSA and Ms. SHAWN. Their customer service and attentiveness were exceptional! Your eyes will thank you later! The location is also convenient with a very warm and inviting environment. They make you feel like a valued member of their family and you will leave here completely satisfied.

When they called to confirm, I missed the call. Their message said explicitly that VERBAL CONFIRMATION is required. Do what you can online and then make sure to verbally confirm with them.
This location on Baltimore Ave. is spectacular. From entering the building, the exam, to picking out frames, I felt welcome and not hurried at all. Taleeyah greeted me warmly and was very clear about the check in process. Allyson's professional and friendly manner set me at ease during the pre-tests. Although I waited about 10 -15 minutes, Dr. Goode took her time with me. She was attentive and worked hard to get my prescription just right. Shawn was my final stop and she helped me pick out (awesome) new frames. She was honest and kind and shared what she was doing along the way. We even shared a laugh or two. Start to finish, this group is incredible. I cannot wait for my new glasses!

They canceled my appointment without letting me know. When I got there they said they canceled my appointment because they left voice-mail and I didn't call them back. I have never received any call from them.

First of all, I was having such a bad day before I got to the eye doctor. I was soaked from the rain and irritated from traffic but i came in and everything was so organized and smooth. Dr Dalsania was really helpful, quick, and informative. I was able to get everything i needed done in a quick time to get new glasses. I will definitely be back and am grateful that my appointment made my day much better!

Do not visit this location, absolutely the worst experience. Booked my appointment confirmed online, arrived there and they say that they needed verbal confirmation. So I couldn't be seen .UNBELIEVABLE !
