I reached out to Jasmine at Mouth Full of Crumbs with a request for two dozen cupcakes for my nephew's 10th birthday party. Although that sounds standard, I felt it was a long-shot: I called Friday evening for cupcakes to be ready Sunday afternoon.
She took my order, and they were ready when I needed them. Not only were the cupcakes delicious, but she still managed to beautifully customize each of the cupcakes to match my nephew's favorite soccer team and player. And the custom decorations were at her suggestion; at that point, I would have been happy with plain cupcakes and icing, lol.
Jasmine was super professional, even with the short timeline, and my nephew and his friends LOVED the cupcakes. Unlike other vendors, they weren't overly sweet and the cupcakes were very moist. I would definitely recommend her for future events. Thank you so much for a job well done.

I requested two dozen cupcakes with baby shark theme for my son’s birthday party. Jasmine was extremely professional from start to finish. She was even flexible with me when I was running behind for my pick up. I appreciate her service and I love that I am supporting a local business. Thank you Jasmine! (Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the cupcakes because I was running around like a chicken for the party! Believe me, they were pretty and my son was very excited!)

Jasmine has great customer service, she worked with me as far as my payments. My wedding cake came out beautiful and it tasted great!! Listen you won’t be disappointed, show my girl some love and purchase something from her, this was my first time ordering from her and it won’t be my last time, thank you again!!!!

I ordered a 5 inch mermaid cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Being new to the area, I was a bit skeptical about trying a new baker, but after reading the reviews, I figured why not give Mouth Full of Crumbs a try. From the beginning, Jasmine was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I even asked her some questions regarding the cake being outside since the party was taking place outdoors. It was very clear that she was knowledgeable and well versed in how to handle cakes. The cake turned out so beautiful! And it tasted so good! I will absolutely do business with Jasmine again!

Another horrible experience with a small business owner of my kind. All I wanted was to give my baby girl all she wanted for her birthday party. I didn’t had much time to shop around cus I’m stationed in Texas, fort bliss but from the reviews, I felt comfortable to go with this vendor. Although my husband advised against this, I was bent on the reviews. Costco would have been better, only thing is that they don’t customize cakes. First of, the Shape of the cake was different from the picture I sent to jasmine and the cupcakes was very small in size than the ones sold in stores, but that was all fine cause they looked beautiful. At the end of the day, the cake was HORRIBLY made 95% of it was icing or fondant as she called it. It was overly sweet even for the kids who by the way love sweets.
I reached out the following day to express how displeased as I was because after spending $425, and having to hear my husband repeating I TOLD YOU SO, I just wanted to hear SORRY for the bad experience. But ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES , A DISMISSIVE REPLIED, AND SOME HOW IT WAS MY FAULT. And that she have a lots of FOLLOWERS( I don’t know what that got to do with me).
I definitely will not be patronizing her again and it might not make any difference but so does the 20+ parents, family members and friends who thought the cupcakes and cake was beautiful but badly made. And it sad cus I have to look for a good baker for my upcoming birthday, anniversary, husband and son birthday till I find the one we can stick with.
Replying your response: I did not want a refund, I wanted an apology for not enjoying something I paid for and having high expectations on. if you felt the time was too short for you, you would’ve said so. I remember asking if it was possible to get the cake and cupcakes at the requested time and you assured me it was possible if I the same day which I did with your discount given. What’s done is done is done, my business won’t be missed but I hope others see the lies and take theirs somewhere else too

I have used this bakery on three separate occasions. (Mind you I can be challenging because I never can really explain what I want- but Jasmine is always patient and works with me) The first time was March 2023. Jasmine created a Monster themed smash cake and cupcakes for my son’s first birthday. My order was last minute but she was so accommodating. The cake was beautiful for his photo shoot and everyone loved the cupcakes. I had none to take home (make sure you try the snickerdoodle)! The second time was for my sister’s bday. I ordered a black girl tarot theme cupcakes. They came out so beautifully. My sister was obsessed. The third time was for my son’s second bday (of course I came back). I ordered a monster truck themed cupcake/cake. She accommodated me again. I changed my mind regarding the order size and she helped me with pricing. Once again everyone loved the cupcakes! I absolutely recommend Jasmine services for her creativity and great customer service.

Absolutely Excellent Customer Service, she went out of her way to create designs for both of my son’s birthdays when I had no idea what I wanted! Everything was flavorful and moist, my go to from now on!

I planned a last minute birthday party for my son and i couldn’t find anyone to make a game themed cake within two days notice I had a good friend call in a favor to jasmine who not only baked and delivered the cake after a day but provided the peace of mind that my order would be handled with great care I can say with 1000% gratefulness mission accomplished great cake great taste !! Simple saying but hard execution and excute she did I am and will be a repeat customer to taste her GOODS!
