I have been coming here for at least 3years !! friendly and professional environment! The hair stylist are amazing you can go to any one of them and they will definitely leave u satisfied! Everytime I get my hair done I have endless compliments from people I know and random people all the time

I had a very good experience, my braids are beautiful and received good customer service. They are not heavy handed which is a ++ in my opinion

I was literally insulted from start to finish by the lady braiding my hair because she was mad her boss did not charge enough for the braids. She made it clear she won't be doing my hair nicely because I did not pay good enough. She was saying all this in French because she was confident I was not understanding a word. I heard enough and had to let the boss know she couldn't continue braiding my hair. This is the worst salon I have ever been to, I will not advise anyone to go there. It's very rude and disrespectful

They do good braids but the customer service could be a little bit better. I went here a few years brought a few customers here too. I called in for an appointment an one of the stylist have me mixed up with another client and told me they don't do braids under 11 braids and Don't send annoying people, when I was told before it's $10 a braid. I wanted a French braid style I was told it was annoying. But last time I was at the shop I spent $225 for box braids washed my own hair sat 7hrs and my sister spent $180. I ended up going to another shop and got the same style for $50 went they was going charge me $80 so it worked out. The Barber is amazing though with his customers and great with kids.

Quick and simple. Charlotte was my braider. I asked for slanted 6-7 braids and that's what I received. Not too long because I plan on pinning the back into a low bun. $10 per braid.

The advertising is a joke. They are claiming to provide beautiful braids without the pain. Well I'm here to tell you that's a lie. I told the lady I was tender headed and please don't braid my hair tight. She started the first one with no problem but as she continued it became very uncomfortable with the pulling and tugging on my hair. She makes a statement saying "it's not tight ", that's easily said when you're not the one getting your hair braided with such intense pressure. The pain was so unbearable I had to take them out. What a waste of my time and money.

THAT PLACE IS HORRIBLE THE LANDOVER LOCATION!! The own met is very disrespectful i would never go back. She did a horrible job on my hair and expected me to give her my money she's crazy. Then when I asked her to fix it she told me well I'm done I'm not fixing it
