One of the girls in this store have a bad costumer service attitude, she is working today March 28, 10:40 am....I bought a Internet WiFi Device for my home but it didn't work in my house, I came back to the store to fix it but she didn't help me.

Mia NEED TO BE FIRED. In fact I'm going to continue writing reviews until she is FIRED. She very unprofessional, very RUDE and not customer friendly. I brought a phone from 6515 Annapolis Rd Hyattsville, MD (DON'T GO TO THAT STORE) about 2 weeks ago. The first time I charge it up it got so hot I unplugged it. Also the phone freezes up and they DON"T give receipts. Mia told me the reason why the phone freezes up is because it cold outside. That about the DUMBEST thing I ever heard. I told her its not cold in my house. But MIA insists that's the reason why my phone will freeze up. I told her I wanted a replacement phone because it's no way a new phone should be having this type of issues. Mia told me I can bring it back but if she don't think I need a new phone I would either have to buy a new one or keep the phone I have. I told her I paid for this phone and if I'm not please with this phone, I want a replacement phone. Again she said she will let me know if she will give me a replacement phone or not. I told her I will be there to get a replacement phone and that's it that's all. MIA need to be fire with her rude butt. FIRE MIA DON'T GO TO THAT STORE. I will write a review and go to that store and PICKED outside until MIA is FIRED. Mia I will be there to get a replacement phone. FIRE MIA!!!! FIRE MIA!!!!!!! FIRE MIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or close that store down. I will post this on facebook so no one go to 6515 Annapolis RD, Hyattsville. DON'T GO TO THAT STORE.
