This woman who appears in the photo has a terrible character when it comes to serving 6 lines and because she didn't have change she didn't want to serve me and having to give change on top of that she scolded me for not bringing the 174 dollars that I pay for terrible service I have been working with metro 6 years

A lot of issues with this location and the employees. First Very bad customer service, they are rude and disrespectful also all of them have attitudes for no reason. Second the (employees) don’t know how to properly do their jobs. Even after reading the reviews and you still decided to come to this location please look at your receipts and make sure you are being charged correctly. they are scamming people and creating false prices for items. Two days ago I came in and I was charged $40 for activation fee instead of the normal price of $20-25, instead I was charged $40 for a Samsung screen protector (it is what’s on my receipt that I was charged for not a activation fee) even asking the employee “are you sure that’s right” I was told twice, “yes this location charges that price for the activation fee”. Still I said okay later that afternoon it still didn’t seem right so I called metro pcs, which is when I was informed it’s actually $25 dollars in store for every location doesn’t matter what location it is so I came back to get my money back (which is what the representative told me to do if I wanted my money back) not only being overcharged, they refused to refund my money but refused services as well. Absolutely nothing, no help at all. I decided to make a call to metro pcs to make a report of the bad experience I encountered and to also double check (again) if prices went up (which has not and is the same price in every location) while on the phone with metro, I was still in the store with metro pcs representative on the line also hearing the employees explain why to me it’s $40 activation fee in this store. Both i and the metro pcs representative were frustrated of their answers and frankly didn’t care at all. which is when the representative got involved on speaker and was trying to inform the employees it’s not $40 it’s $25 fee we still got no where! they we’re not willing to make it right bc no manager was present not sure why we needed one when they could easily refund us. the whole situation was very frustrating and not necessary if they new how to do their jobs properly in the first place I shouldn’t have explain to them their job. It was supposed to be a in and out type of errands that turned into a headache. I work hard and care how I spend my money and if you do too, Do not come to this store unless you want to deal with a bunch of idiots! And get scammed!!

I stay with MetroPC because of the great service I have received over the years. Marlin Flores, manager of the Langley Park, Maryland store has been so kind, patient and helpful to me as I am a Boomer and sometimes lost in the sea of technology. All the people at this store are helpful but with the highly technical issues I have had,, Marlin comes to my rescue, and always with smiling eyes. Thank you all!

We went to this location because we wanted to add a new line into our plan. The lady that works there doesn’t seems she likes to help customers. She said we couldn’t add any line to the plan don’t know the reason why, she’s very rude. I don’t know why they work if they don’t love what they do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I can't say the same, I have been a metro customer for years and they have always treated me with kindness but about 2 weeks ago I went for a phone call and the girl who answered me seemed bored without wanting to help me with short words bad service I couldn't see her name The girl, as I said before, had never had terrible service, seemed like she was asking for things for free ?
