Terrible service my dad on Saturday 2 days ago he is an elderly person he was looking for a Samsung phone the one who was on duty told him that he will take a T-mobile brand phone I had never seen them in my life supposedly because that phone was better in the end he convinced him of that phone scam 2 days later the phone stops working my dad goes to the store to see what solution they give him and Mrs. Imelda who was on shift in the morning today Tuesday June 13 began to yell at my dad that she hadn't sold that phone and that it wasn't her problem that they didn't accept returns when (I bought the phone no one told my dad that) that no one was going to screw up his life at any time the respect my dad is elderly my dad had to call me because the lady was threatening to take him out of the store she told him to come back another day that was not his problem it was the problem of the person who sold it to him they are all supposed to work for The same store really a lousy service I don't know how they hire people like that to work with customer service that store is a scam

They have very bad consumer service, every time I come to this store they are talking on the phone and they don't serve you well because you don't know if they are helping you solve the problem or if they are talking on the phone, they should improve the staff.

Absolutely the worst customer service from the manager of the store. I went over to upgrade my Samsung phone in April of 2021, to my surprise they switched it and upgraded me to a T-Mobile revl 4 plus which is a less quality phone that a Samsung. I only had that phone for seven months before I started having mechanical problems with the charging portal, then it stopped charging completely. I took it to the store, but they refused to replace the phone, Mind you I still have the factory warranty. They made all kind of excuses why they would not be able to replace phone. My advice to any one is to avoid this store. They take advantage of people in the area especially the people in the Spanish speaking community. They stole my money; I will never use this location or any Metro PCS locations ever again.

Ms kendy and a gentleman named Daniel were super friendly and professional. I love coming to this store now , I hope they stay there . They deserve a raise . I also noticed they were training someone and they were very patient and the new guy was willing to learn everything .
