Had a very unpleasant encounter. He was very slow and worked with a customer for an hour. After the first 15 minutes, I interjected and asked for help. I spoke with an Associate - Angel. I wanted to simply buy a new phone because my current phone was broken. He said that I had to first go to the Silver Spring office because they couldn't do it. He never called his Manager for help and was argumentative on why he couldn't help me. He also helped other customers that were waiting after me. He also snatched the specs from a phone that was sitting in front of me, without excusing himself.This MetroPCS USED to be very good, several years ago, but not anymore.I visited another MetroPCS and they immediately helped me - like night and day.

I tried speaking to a representative & she was unable to assist me. It was a simple question and she could not answer it. When I asked to speak to someone else she clicked on me. She was very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this phone service. Seems like their employees are very unprofessional and can barely assist you with any questions or concerns.

The one rep with Metro PCS on 12/2 at 2:30 pm was absolutely RUDE to me for no reason other than she probably hated her job. Upon approaching the counter she was on her computer, so I waited then she said how could I help you without even stopping to make eye contact. I explained my issue and she kept doing what she was doing. Flat voice, deplorable customer service skills, no interest / concern with my issue. When I brought it to her attention, she said “but I’m still helping you though”.. I’m flabbergasted by MetroPCS employees, this is my 2nd incident in two locations. They need some customer service training ASAP. Blonde girl with the BIG eye glasses.

This is one of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever encountered with a Metro PCS dealer. The staff was so friendly and super helpful! They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They oriented me step by step on how everything would work. I would def recommend this Metro PCS :)!
