Things are looking up, and great much needed renovations are taking place. It's beginning to look much better.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom for my family and this apartment was the only one that was available. Looks nice has a gym but no pool and Patrick was very professional with me and my wife's needs.

The property manager, Patrick, is incredible. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours.
