I called for a quote for a 750i BMW to replace my air compressor. While BMW is charging 2hrs worth of labor they would like to charge 4 1/2 $600. The part is right underneath the trunk. To remove 8 screws and 4 clips. 4 1/2 hrs. lol

This place totally ripped me off!!!! The guy behind the desk I guess his name is Morris quoted me one price then when it was time to pay his coworker came in and quoted me another price. Stated the starter was 600dlrs!!!!! I said no and Morris said that it was AutoZone fault for telling him that on phone and bringing a more expensive starter!! Why would you even have accepted a 600dlr starter!!! Knowing he was completely lying to me. I foolishly paid for it trying to get out of there and noticed he charged me 400dlrs for the part which he lied and 250 for the labor!! Now from the time they brought the part to putting it on took no more than 30 minutes!!! I called and told him what he'd done and he said that's going by the book! Completely lied and ripped me off!!! I would care him to court but it would just be more money out of my pocket. So I hope everyone reads this and do not let these innocent looking older men rip them off. Because they are not!!!!!!!!
