The staff at this location are so helpful and kind! I was in town for work and left my glasses and contacts behind in another state! I called around and this location was the only one to offer same or next day single vision glasses. I ordered at 5pm on Sunday and by 2pm the next day my pair was ready. I would have had a miserable and blurry week had it not been for the staff here. Very happy with my new pair and their service.

We had a great experience at the new location in Riverdale Park. The facility was clean. The Doctor and Lab Manager were very thorough and gentle with my elderly mother and the ladies at reception were very welcoming.

I had a great experience at Lenscrafters in Riverdale. This replaced the one at PG Plaza in Hyattsville. This location is absolutely amazing with the latest technology for eye care. The entire staff is professional and courteous, answered all of my questions and took great care of me. My visit with Dr. Crystal Kang was awesome! She was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and made my experience at the eye doctor enjoyable. Will be recommending this location to others. If you are looking for great eye care, please visit this location!!

I have been coming to this LensCrafters for a long time(since they were next to JCPenny in PG plaza) I am always satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the lenses (Nelson•I think that’s his name•) does a phenomenal job. Dawn the manager is great, so is the front desk young lady. Dr Kang is knowledgeable and patient.

Dawn Davis is the reason why I decided to become a customer of Lens Crafters. She service me and my daughter's glasses twice prior to me getting an exam, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
The other members of the team are great as well. I look forward to being a loyal customer of the Riverdale Lens Crafters.

I came in to get three pairs of glasses fixed and I walked out with two new pairs ordered. Service was wonderful and the store front is beautiful! Thank you Nelson for all of your help!
