If I could give this review less than one star I would. I never knew this store existed. I was told about a new pair of Jordan’s that came out and had recently bought my daughter outfits to match them unknowingly so why not. I arrive at the location in PG Mall. The manager was rude as ever. She literally doesn’t know how to talk to people. I was warned about her but thought nothing of it because people are people. I work in a male dominantes fast paced industry but I promise you we have more diplomacy in our aggressive sound bites then she. Long story long I had asked for the shoe to try on she said no because if the she gets dashed it becomes unsellable. That’s the biggest lie I worked high end retail prior to being in corporate America but I let it go. I then asked Can I buy the shoe and the return it if it doesn’t fit. The young man said no. He ended up waiting till she walked out so my daughter can try on two pairs of shoes prior to purchase. This only happened because I asked who else in the mall had the shoe. At checkout the young lady at the register was talking on the phone to an employee in the back and chewing gum. At this point I was ready to go. I truly try to support retailers that are in marginalized communities and have brown people employed but I’ll keep my money where I’m valued and respected. You just don’t present yourself like that or treat people anyway you feel. I manage over 200 people of all races and creeds. I don’t present myself that way to them, coworkers or the client. You just don’t present yourself like that period.

Literally bad customer service, I ask for two shoe sizes, lady working 6:30pm folding clothes just shakes head no verbal response & continues to talk to a customer who seems like a friend telling her & cursing in their convo about her issue that happened earlier today 11/04 out loud. I mean ? What a great service ?

Kevin the manger I believe the name great customer service the machine was down to exchange my jeans he spoke on other locations as that Monday 2 weeks ago was my last day to return he made it happen to make the exchange my jeans appreciate it. Very unprofessional at this store. The manager is unprofessional. I brought in some shoes for a return and she gave me back less in store credit than what the shoes was worth that I paid for for an exchange at an even price for some new balance that she said wasnt suppose to go out on the floor. But the shoe was displayed the whole time. Im so disappointed will not go back there for any purchases.

I drove all the way to the store during the hours they said they are open (1:30 pm - Monday). The store was closed and they said they were “doing inventory.” Why is this being done during the hours they are supposed to be open. They also told me they have no idea when they will be finished doing the inventory. I came to purchase a specific item and was unable to. I will not be shopping with Jimmy Jazz anymore. Ridiculous. Inventory should be done when the store operating hours are finished.

I wish I could rate with ZERO stars! Husband bought shoes on 12/24/20 Sales Rep CHRISTIAN @ PG mall said he could exchanges sizes... Fastward to 1/22/21.. they say no returns or exchanges.. in a very rude way btw. There is no writing on the receipt of such policy, its just an exchange. Will never be back & I will make sure anyone I know never goes back. The number on receipt never works, customer service never works atleazt for me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS !
