On Friday April 12,2024 around 1:30 pm in the Prince George’s Mall, Hyattsville Maryland location, I had the worst experience ever in any tennis shore store in my life. I called a week ahead to discuss returning my pair of Nike Dunks due too once I got home and put the shoe on I realized that I should have gotten a half size smaller and I explained that I put the shoe on and got in the car then once I arrived at my location got out the car and immediately took shoe off because it felt to big by half a size and I was told by phone that I could come in and exchange shoe with receipt. I showed up on the 12th of April and spoke to a male manager who was on duty and he called for a short female with light complexion who was very unprofessional and rude, not willing to accept shoes back due to she didn’t like being talked back to and she walked away twice. I have been in customer service 20 plus years and I have never seen such behavior as this young lady showed on today. I’m literally writing this review from my car due to being upset . I dealt with this matter with great professionalism and patience that anyone could have. I still have the show in my possession and I’m out of $120.00 and something needs to be done about this store management, my contact info is trgiftedcreations@ gmail if anyone wants to rectify this matter!

I came to this store because I was trying to buy a North face cyclone windbreaker jacket so the jacket was on the top so I ask for help one of them ( a guy) says you want me to climb to get the jacket? In sarcastic way and also the manager (lady) was useless and nobody help me so I left the store so don’t go that store employees are lazy and useless

I went in there with my boyfriend to look for some things as we did some Christmas shopping and while the store itself is fine, we did not have a great experience with the employees, in particular the cashier who helped us. I did not catch his name, but he was a young Latino guy with a slight big build. So rude and off-putting unprovoked, trynna get smart with us over basic questions that were politely asked. His answers came off more idiotic than belittling as hard as he tried, we just had to laugh it off in the end after we left. I know working in retail is hard but there’s no need to treat people like that.

I came into the store on Black Friday. A young gentleman named Brandon greeted my family
as soon we walk-in and quickly assisted us. No other store was available to give us a warm welcome. While it was extremely busy in the store I ever had such a great experience buying clothes and shoes until he knew what to do down to product knowledge and prices on top of his head, even with him helping other customers at the same time while assisting my family needs down to a outfit. I never wrote a review about anybody before but he’s a very polite & patient young man and will go far in life. I appreciate your time and efforts !

If I could give this review less than one star I would. I never knew this store existed. I was told about a new pair of Jordan’s that came out and had recently bought my daughter outfits to match them unknowingly so why not. I arrive at the location in PG Mall. The manager was rude as ever. She literally doesn’t know how to talk to people. I was warned about her but thought nothing of it because people are people. I work in a male dominantes fast paced industry but I promise you we have more diplomacy in our aggressive sound bites then she. Long story long I had asked for the shoe to try on she said no because if the she gets dashed it becomes unsellable. That’s the biggest lie I worked high end retail prior to being in corporate America but I let it go. I then asked Can I buy the shoe and the return it if it doesn’t fit. The young man said no. He ended up waiting till she walked out so my daughter can try on two pairs of shoes prior to purchase. This only happened because I asked who else in the mall had the shoe. At checkout the young lady at the register was talking on the phone to an employee in the back and chewing gum. At this point I was ready to go. I truly try to support retailers that are in marginalized communities and have brown people employed but I’ll keep my money where I’m valued and respected. You just don’t present yourself like that or treat people anyway you feel. I manage over 200 people of all races and creeds. I don’t present myself that way to them, coworkers or the client. You just don’t present yourself like that period.

Literally bad customer service, I ask for two shoe sizes, lady working 6:30pm folding clothes just shakes head no verbal response & continues to talk to a customer who seems like a friend telling her & cursing in their convo about her issue that happened earlier today 11/04 out loud. I mean ? What a great service ?
