Kevin the manger I believe the name great customer service the machine was down to exchange my jeans he spoke on other locations as that Monday 2 weeks ago was my last day to return he made it happen to make the exchange my jeans appreciate it. they do have good shoes and clothes but sometimes the shoes aren't good at all
