Terrible place , took 3 months to write an estimate to insurance, bs the whole time and to top it off they stole a part from my vehicle. Just a horrible experience.

I made an appointment on Monday to bring my vehicle in via tow truck on Wednesday because it wouldn't start. They confirmed my appointment for early Wednesday morning so I scheduled a tow truck to bring it in on that morning.I called Jhingo to let them know I was on the way when they told me I could not bring it in at all. They had completely forgot about my appointment, arbitrarily closed the shop for the day, told me I had to forego my tow truck that I paid hundreds of dollars for. Basically completely flaked on me after CONFIRMING AN APPOINTMENT. So now I'm hundreds of dollars out and my vehicle hasn't left my driveway.Unprofessional, rude, unhelpful. I would NEVER recommend this scam of a mechanic to anyone in my beloved Hyattsville community.

Great service and friendly owners/staff. Came in to replace some parts and got what I asked without being upsold on unnecessary parts/services. The prices are good and favorable when compared to other shops (being much better than chain store prices). The parking is a bit difficult as there is little to no space on the shop grounds.

I found them on ObenBay to work on my brakes. They were very nice, explained everything thing before even accepting the keys. Gave me a time frame and was done 30 minutes early. Explained everything again when I came to pick up my car. Gave me a walk through of the work that was done. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would definitely go back for any other work on my car.

I was so skeptical about using this company because I had never heard of them, but was in desperate need to have a coolant leak repaired. I called and spoke with Mr. Jhingo and he was very professional and upfront with me about this issue. We had our car towed to the shop the next day and we are forever grateful for their work! The car was ready when they said it would be, the cost was not exaggerated as with some other places I had checked with prior. No "new issues" came up when we left the car and most importantly he kept us informed every step of the way.Service: General repairs & maintenance
