Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this place I pay $146 dollars for a flower arrangement that got lost some how.
Supposedly it got delivered but the person that I send it to never received it. They had my phone # and the person that it was supposed to be delivered to phone # but guess what no courtesy call to let me or let her know that they had delivered the flowers. They just left it out side and that was it. Unfortunately she don’t have cameras to see if they delivered it or not.

I called Naomi's Flowers & Boutique today to deliver 3 flower arrangements. I spoke to Martha who was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After Martha filled the orders, I requested the delivery for today. Martha checked the delivery schedule for today and assured me the flowers would be delivered today. It was such a pleasure experience ordering the arrangements from Naomi's Flowers & Boutique. I will definitely use their services in the further for delivers in that area of Maryland.
P.S. I was calling from a different state and the flowers were ordered late in the morning. Thank you Martha.

Super cute flowers. I came in around 11:00 am asked them to make me a 50 rose arrangement with hot pink and light pink roses, butterflies and a crown. They had my flowers done by 11:30. Awesome customer service and the flowers looked amazing.

I placed an order through 1-800-flowers for a casket spray and a heart shaped arrangement for my father's funeral viewing totalling $500. I requested that the flowers be delivered by 3pm. I arrived to the viewing and there were no flowers. After making several calls to customer service with 1-800-flowers, they were finally able to locate the florist, who stated the flowers were in route. The flowers showed up at 4:23. The funeral home closed at 5pm. I had no flowers for my Father's viewing. This is unacceptable and shows poor customer service performed by the florist. I will never use 1-800-flowers again and I definitely would not recommend Naomi's flowers.I also contacted the florist to explain my dissatisfaction. She told me to take it up with 1-800-flowers. Talk about a level of customer service to a grieving family. And the quality of flowers are horrible. The flowers were already browning. I also placed an order from Teleflora with the same delivery timeframe and instructions. The order arrived early and was beautiful. I will continue to use Teleflora for all of my flower needs.
