I didn't realize that vacuums weren't small appliances; so took awhile to find the 'real deal' - his name is Bill and he runs Hyattsville Vacuum Service with integrity and honesty.
Brought vacuum in for a 'diagnostic' and magic was performed and now my Bissel is back to a force of nature.
Small, dedicated businesses are rare these days, so a joy to discover!

Absolutely loved this place! Plenty of products to choose from and very knowledgeable, skilled & courteous service folks working here. My vacuum was fixed "on the spot" quickly and at a very affordable repair price. I'm so happy to have discovered this shop and it will be my "go to" vacuum repair shop in the future. I would highly recommend Hyattsville Vacuum for reliable repairs, excellent service & quality products.

No pictures. I'm thankful that a place like this exists! I was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes with a fixed vacuum. Highly recommend bringing your vacuum in before buying a new one. They also sell vacuums there.
