She was knowledgeable, patient and kind to us as we decided on a washer, and she answer all of our questions. I appreciate her and Home Depot for the great service.”

“Now under new ownership as Del Ray Hardware, there is slightly more room inside and it's a little easier to find what you are looking for. Staff are very friendly and eager to help and/or strike a conversation. Love that it was able to remain in the neighborhood. And that they are very dog friendly - we picked up a bag of pet safe ice melt and Penny utilizes the water bowl out front frequently. Plus, they have treats inside for any doggos who go shopping.”
“Working with Jason at Amicus Green Building Center was a lifesaver for me. I bought a recently-built condo in 2021, and I was having chemical sensitivity reactions to the materials in the condo, so I found Amicus Green online to try to find safer, less-toxic materials to put in my condo so I could actually live in it comfortably. He helped me order and color some AFM zero-VOC paints, and I was able to have the contractor pick them up from Amicus and bring them to where I lived nearby. I was also able to order some Earthweave 100% wool carpet and pads to replace the original carpets, and also worked with the contractor to pick up the materials directly from Amicus to install them.The combination of the zero-VOC paints, the Earthweave 100% wool carpet, and a couple of Austin Air carbon filters were enough to make my condo livable for me, and I'll always be grateful to Amicus for that. Jason was a helpful resource for gaining access to these types of natural home renovation materials, that I normally would not have had access to otherwise. I highly recommend Amicus Green Building Center for the safest, least toxic materials for any home renovation needs.”

My parents needed to fully renovate their entire house, including the kitchen. I received attentive care and meticulous design support from Yohannes. He patiently listened to my goals and worked smartly with my budgetary constraints. “I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “Bruik in the glass department was extremely helpful to me on the phone and then again in the store. he could see I was a bit uncomfortable, caring, cut glass, so after he packaged it carefully, he took it to the front of the store for me and then had someone bring it to my car. My hats off for excellent service at the Lowe's in Lor. The checker was very helpful, and when I called him by phone, the phone was answered and my questions were Answered quickly”

“While I appreciate the great service provided by this establishment, there is one issue with the parking lot. When leaving the premises, I noticed that the drivers tended to block the intersection intentionally, causing congestion and inconvenience for other motorists.”
