My dad visited this morning and he’s been a customer for a while and he had an appointment to get his brakes done on his tow truck and some other maintenance and Lee Ann from the service department let my dad know of a life threatening mistake that another shop had made and told him to go to the other shop and they shouldn’t charge him to replace it because it’s their fault. She was so helpful with my dad and he could’ve potentially lost his life if this mistake wasn’t noticed by her.

First lady that answers the phone is the 1st enemy of the company. She talks fast she put you on hold and she doesn't know what her company offers. Her work ethic cost me few hundreds.

Terrible quality of work, terrible communication, broken promises, dodging phone calls, etc. This was not one service event, but a couple in-frames, rewiring truck bodies, AC repairs, and transmission work. We made the mistake of spending tens of thousands of dollars here before finding a better shop and have had stellar service since. I will say that the mobile service department was pretty good when we used them (Thanks to Dale and Demetrius). Beware..
