My apartment is so hot but not as hot as it was last month. If I call to place a ticket in it comes back to me as completed when it wasn't. Which I understand that we are not the only tenants in the building but do not say it was done and it is not done and I still have the air filters from the unit seating on my floor which I have asked for it to be placed back still nothing is done

I think your office staff and maintenance staff are great, they are personable, and I like them. I work for a property management company and some small things, could make the maintenance staff a little better. For example, when they come into a apartment to replace some tile, if they put down a tarp first, they wouldn't have to ask the tenant to use their cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. Little things like that make a difference!

I am surprised that with the change of personnel that has been made in the offices of the apartment condominium it has become so terrible, I have spent a week calling the office phones to request various inspections and fumigations and they never answered them and when I got to go to the office or there is no one there, or they are in a meeting, and when they finally help me I find a substitute or new employee woman I think because I had never seen her and (it is not Fidelina) chubby, of medium height and with short hair black, very rude, despotic, with a bad attitude towards the questions I asked regarding the phone calls (about whether the phone was damaged or what?) and her answers were (with so much work she doesn't have time to answer phones) and I I ask then? What are you doing there??? This woman should definitely take a human relations course so that she can improve the service and know how to serve the residents much better. ????

Before thinking about living here let me tell you that it is a very bad idea; That is to say, the worst decision you could make in your life. I will explain why; Customer service is disgusting, a headache, a bitter pill to swallow since the people in the office are poorly educated, nothing patient; one, the secretary is pedantic and rude, she doesn't do her job well and also if you need help they don't provide it; The maintenance is the same as the infestations of rats and cockroaches, a headache since they do not attend to problems when they should but when they want so I do not recommend this place to live!!!! My family and I have been living there for almost two years, and the truth is that everything is very good at first, but there is a point, but maybe not everyone will agree, but I will give my opinion, and these apartments are nice, but there are many mice which They eat the food and cockroaches and a lot of bedbugs, they come to put something for that and it doesn't work even if you keep it however you trust it, the mice eat them so my recommendation is that not here…..
