The worst experience of my life. I left out of there looking a mess. She lied that she had the color that I wanted. After bleaching my hair she said that she will leave it as that and can be considered a color. I am sitting in the chair puzzled by her response and knew that bleach is not considered color. She made me go to a store and buy the color that she lied about having. When talking to her you would not expect her to lie in your face and sounds like a sweet lady but don’t let that fool you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only to my worst enemy. Her salon name different than on google so I think something happened to her last business and now she has a new business under a new name. RUN and listen to your gut and find another stylist especially if you have a special occasion.

Natalie took great care of my hair. She is knowledgeable and knew exactly what my hair needed and gave me a plan to get my hair healthy. I plan to see her again!

I called to receive a silk press. I can do this service myself and am a licensed cosmetologist but I simply wanted the nice experience of being in a salon. Natalie is unprofessional in that she will barely acknowledge or speak to you. She didn’t consult me, was 20 minutes late and charged me 100. Keep in mind I did not receive any styling nor a trim or treatment.. I’ve never paid 100 for a wash blow dry and straighten. If something was being added, I wouldn’t know because she didn’t tell me. Pros: quick, nice outcome Cons: bad if you are big on experience and customer service.

It was nothing like the color i wanted it to be.. she said because of hormones. I don’t see how because when I was pregnant I got the color I wanted but this color right here is a ??She did the color to her liking not MINEI ADVISE YOU TO NOT GO TO HER BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WT* she is doing she’s d***founded.I feel like she should’ve told me she can’t get the color I wanted instead of having me waste my time and money. The right is the color I wanted the left is the color I didn’t even ASK FORTERRIBLE SERVICE!Service: Hair colouring

Why can't there be a bad review without a snarky reply aiming to justify the customers bad experience? Honestly, Hair by Natalie should just take the critique and do better. The service was just unprofessional and there was no real regard for the health of my hair, the stylist was just aiming to get it as straight as possible. I don't like that. That's my opinion. It my hair. That's it. I don't know what reply to this review would suffice as a professional rebuttal to the customers genuine distaste for their experience at Hair by Natalie, but they can try.

I write this review with total transparency. I am someone who has been going to Natalie for quite some time, have even referred fellow reporters, family and colleagues to her and I will absolutely NOT be back to be serviced. I believe in giving everyone grace and the benefit of the doubt.. but unprofessionalism is unacceptable and a big no no in my book. I came in for only a protein treatment and to be blow dried (which she tried to charge me $50 for btw and later back tracked and said “ok $35”). I may have just caught her on a bad day but her attitude towards me was absolutely distasteful and it was as if she barely wanted to touch my hair and instead passed me off to be serviced by her shampoo girl. When I stated my preference for her to blow dry and service my hair since that was all I was getting done that day, she proceeded to make a fuss toward me in front of other customers. Totally unprofessional! We are also in the era of COVID and she does not wear a mask during services and when I arrived, the place was jammed packed out with no social distancing measures in place. I suffered severe heat damage from my previous visit with Natalie from a silk press she gave me and since day one have always been a customer who prefers to sit in front of a mirror as my hair is being blow dried. This apparently ticked her off and she said it made her and her shampoo girl uncomfortable. Mind you, I am a long time customer and this has never been an issue prior. It will be a rainy day in Arizona before I go back to Natalie Weaves. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a very terrible experience. I came in early for my appointment with my hair washed and blow dried as discussed prior, however because she was overbooked she had her assistant wash and blow dry my hair again to kill time so she could complete the two customers ahead of me. She finally started on my hair but stopped multiple times to do other people's hair, even a lady who came way way after i came. The lady who came after me was tired of waiting, so the stylist proceeded to cut her hair in a rush, and hair was falling on me because she had her standing up near the chair i was in. Four hours after my original appointment time for a basic clip-in installment, I was done. Nice lady, terrible service.

Natalie is a very professional stylist and genuinely cares. She took the time and care to make sure I was satisfied not just with my style, but my experience! I would highly recommend Natalie and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Great service. You can rest assured that you will receive exactly the style that you want whether it be braids, cut, style,wig,weave , etc. I drive 45 miles to come to this particular salon because I know that I will get exactly what I want!
