“I had a terrible experience adding a line to my 20 year history account. After more than 12 hours on the phone with customer service, I was told the only way the work could be finished was to go into a store. Considering how many hours had already been invested, I was not interested in wasting any more time in a store. When I got there, I asked Roddell how long it should take to add a 2nd line. He said 30min. I then let him know my situation and how much time had already been spent. Roddell identified a solution quickly, explained how long it would take, then executed with precision. Roddell, Luis, and the team at this store are professionals. Thank you!”

But some customers that shop at this store is rude and I hope this Target get those rude customers out of the store. “I've been having problems with my phone last month in february I could not use my phone for 2 weeks and my bill is paid up till April and I just got it working again I never had to put a cold in my phone I do have a pattern but it was never a cold and locked my SIM card that I couldn't use my phone and I kept going to the store to have it fixed and every time I turn my phone off or restart it comes up that I have to put a code in eight numbers I never had to do that before only I should be accommodated for last month that I couldn't even use my phone that's not right”

“I like this place. Not much out here in business land, so Seven-11 rules. Snacks, meals, drinks, healthy fruits and yogurts and especially: coffee. Their coffee can give the expensive coffee chains a run for their money. Just buy a cup (cheap) and pick from espresso machine, dark or medium, shots, chocolate or not, and fix it how you like it. It's all there and all included. Strong and tasty! Keeps you going all day....”

Obviously, as with other 711 places, a person can get their oreo hot cocoa in various sizes, and this location lets you pour your own hot cocoa.”

“Most 7-eleven hire foreign speaking owners and they dont greet customers and can understand customer request. I have yet to visit an establishment that greets its customers upon entry. It is rare and unsavory. I generally dont visit again bc the first rule of business acumen is greeting the customer with a smile and then attempt to facilitate their needs. So, outside of purchasing coffee, I dont patronize 7-11.”
