Walked in about 15 before closing time, when I asked for a different size dude in dreadlocks behind counter told me to hurry up and to make up my mind in the rudest way possible, only shopped here because I really needed the shoes for a last minute gift. If you want more sales get rid of that dude, other employees were attentive and helpful.

A few days ago my son was given some shoes from this store and the size didn't fit. I went to change them and the workers were very kind. A girl helped me and she was wonderful. She didn't give me any problems. I changed them without any problems. Kind congratulations for your employees.

I asked management about Fanny packs n book bags the supervisor she was so Condescending and Rude I will never return, upon leaving she accused me of not being able to afford it laughing with her co workers, humiliated I left

Went for the Dorenbecher drop today. The employees only sold to resellers. They had no kind of system in place. Resellers came in big groups and crowded the counter. Employees let resellers buy shoes continuously while skipping the line. I would love to help them organize the next drop to ensure resellers don’t do this again. This was really sad n almost caused real customers to become angry and cause negative attention to a great shoe drop.

I AM STANDING OUTSIDE AS IM TYPING THIS AND IT IS NOW 12:04!!!!!!! THE WORKERS THAT WAS INSIDE WENT INTO THE BACK AND HAVEN'T COME BACK OUT YET AFTER WATCHING ME AND A FEW OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEM TO OPEN UP SINCE 11:40am! And they have yet to come back to the front of the store and open it up whats the point of saying you open at 12 if you’re going to have employees that open the store when they feel like it
