I’ve never been to this salon before and I called just to get a needle and thread for a sew in at the last minute because all the beauty supplies stores had already closed. A called this particular salon and the lady that answered the phone just gave it to me for free!! I felt so blessed and thankful for that. The hospitality was beautiful. I will definitely be back to let the stylist do my hair and makeup in the future ???

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! I procrastinated about getting a perm for over a year and finally decided why not and go for it. A lady named Dinorah did the perm nice conversation but she FRIED MY HAIR!!!!! She knew what she had done coz she didn't even check the curls Before removing them quickly out of my hair she overprocessed me which in turn totally destroyed my hair and when I reached out to her to have her look at it she wanted to reprocess it again but with different rollers!!!!! Is she crazy!!!???! It already looked like a faux hair wig that was melted at the ends and everywhere else! It literally looked like if you took a synthetic wig and tried to run a curling iron in it and melted it!!! I don't go out without a hat on my head now!! I had such silky healthy untouched hair for the past 15 years that flowed to the bottom part of my back and it took all of once seeing her to end up with almost shoulder length melted over processed hair. I literally cannot do ANYTHING with it now. I keep hat on my head or wear in bun. I am so DEVESTATED! I went to another salon and they were so furious that she did that to me and won't give me a refund that they advised me to call the DLLR and the Better Business Bureau on her which I will be doing soon because I cannot get a response from the lady now regarding a refund it's going to cost me over $250 just to get it repaired so I tell you don't be foolish and go to this place otherwise you are looking to have a very bad uneven haircut and a very bad perm and no service I would ever trust to have done there!!! The other salon also told me that she cut my hair so uneven and they were surprised that she did that because it was OBVIOUS that she didn't know what she was doing! I am FURIOUS AND VERY HURT that she did this to me and what's worse she won't make it right and just refund my money so I can get it fixed somewhere else! I am considering taking her to court and then I will be asking for WAY MORE MONEY for all of the inconvenience! If you value your hair DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HAIR!!!
