Went to this store on Saturday 09/14/24
Seen a shoe I liked. Purchased it, the price was $84.50 after taxes.
I then went to Iverson Mall that same stay and they had the exact shoe for $50.
There was a big disconnect, lack of communication.
The manager at Iverson called PG Mall location and let me talk to the “ Female Manager with long dreads “ and she stated “ we are dazzle premium, we have different prices then Iverson, there able to discount more than us “
Okay, I understand. I hung up the phone and told the workers at Iverson what the female manager told me and the employee said “ that’s not true, we are dazzle premium as well, i don’t know why she told you that for “.
To make this unprofessional and unpleasant review short.
This location did not try to help me, I did not want a refund, I wanted a better firm explanation.
I left out of Iverson with another set of shoes and a Diesel hoodie.
I will not be returning to Dazzle at PG Mall, my first and last time.

Good clothing but always bad customer service year after year im all with hiring my own people but sometimes that tarnish your bzness reputation because Shawty with 5 feed ins did it today I just Bought one thing and left but if it was my store where there’s alot of expensive items I dont Need bad tudes chasing money out the store
