The black pharmacist was the most rude and inconsiderate being. I visited the store on 8/29/2021 around 2:30 pm.I stood in line. I normally receive my prescriptions from here and I was purchasing vitamins at the time. After I watched him flirt with another woman and her child, i finally get up to the line and he rudely told me we don’t do check out here… and motioned for the next person. As I reminded him that he checked me out here 2 weeks ago, with the same items. He then called the next person. Mind you, it was only two small items(vitamins and lettuces). It’s rude and I will not be using them for my prescriptions. This isn’t the first time, I was treated poorly. The first time they gave me the wrong dose lol! So please beware.

Don’t ever come here. I stayed 20mins in the line waiting to get a refill because i was on hold for 30mins when i called both days. When i went the pharmacist was talking to a lady about his party and his girlfriend for a good 10 minutes. On top of that when i can a coupon for my medication he told me “you should of told me that earlier” like excuse. Nobody cares about his girlfriend or his party there was a big line and he was talking as if he was at home.

I have repeatedly had bad experiences with this pharmacy and I have continuously given them chances because of how near they are to my home. But I am done. I am going to have all of my scripts pulled as they need refills.Last month I had issues with this location trying to transfer a prescription from a CVS location in Bethesda. They called me and said they could not process the script unless I go all the way back to the Bethesda location and physically pick it up. The pharmacist at the other location already made it clear to me that I would not have to do that. So after being on hold multiple times for at least 30 minutes each, being hung up on, and 53 minutes the last time I told the guy I wasn't going to go back and get they would have to figure it out internally because I did my part. Eventually, he sorted it out on his end as he should have.The staff is rude and ineffective. They constantly have attitudes because they are unorganized. They constantly will lie and say something is the doctor's fault, then when I follow up with my doctor, they will provide proof that it is CVS' fault. I had CVS deny me a prescription saying that it was already filled even though it wasn't and my doctor had refills.Today, my doctor asked if I could "please" send my script to any other location because the staff at this CVS are rude. She said the phone rep had an attitude with her when she called today after being on hold for more than 30 minutes, because they haven't got to my scripts yet.I requested a refill and followed prior authorization protocol on July 25th, to date, I am still without medicine. My doctor's office and my insurance company have been working together to make sure it can be processed but at this point, we are still waiting on this script.

I've interacted with all of the staff members on multiple visits and they have always been quick and hopeful. I once had a question about medication 1 minute before the pharmacy closed and she gladly helped me without hesitation and with a smile. This is the only CVS pharmacy I'd actually go to plus they are inside Target.

UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE pharmacists (both Maranthe and Kehinde). I waited a month for them to figure out how to order and process the discount card for a newly FDA approved medication that isn't yet covered by insurance. I called and visited the pharmacy multiple times only to be told I would receive a call when my prescription was ready. When I called today, Kehinde lectured me about getting over the past (e.g. how long it's taken to receive my medication, how many unprofessional pharmacy techs/pharmacists I've encountered). No apology was offered for the delay and the horrible service. I was told to "get over it". Not a good look at all.

CVS is poorly represented by pharmaceutical she's very rude and mine . she need to learn how to treat customers she's mine. I have bad experience 5/24/18 I USED THIS PLACE FEW YEARS AGO.
