I just have got to share my experiences at this cricket with a worker his name is Donny Seto. He is an outstanding man, I really appreciate him without him there is no cricket store, he amazes me the way he takes good care of all his customers and no one leaves that store unhappy, he makes sure everyone is happy before they leave the store and he has alot of patience. This is the best people person ever so come to this store to buy all your phones, chargers, headset and so on, I promise you won't regret it, you will get the best service ever again his name is Donny Seto.

I just spoke with Donny the store manager at this crickets location and he was being very rude and hung up on me because “it was his day off” and he felt like I was taking too long on the phone with him. That is very unprofessional and when I go up there I will personally tell him this it is unacceptable.

This cricket is one of the best I've visited. The man behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. He takes his time to accommodate everyone. There's no other cricket store I would rather visit for service than this one.

The store manager is very nasty. I made a mistake by speaking to him when I went in he chewed me out very nasty because he was busy. He has the worst customer service skills I think he need to retire. The young lady working there by the name Camille has excellent customer service. It's sad to see her in a store with a manager that is not setting a good example.
