I wanted this location so I could get a delivery to my unit. The office was able to take care of it even though I wasn't there. Went smoothly and found my items perfectly stacked in the unit. Thanks!

The service was fast and efficient. We booked online for a one-day trailer rental and arrived about 20 minutes before the pickup time. There were two employees behind the register, so the line moved fairly quickly. The employee who assisted us was cordial and efficient. It's good that we arrived early because by the time we left there was a huge line of 8 or 9 customers. The pickup process was smooth and hassle-free. The lot is huge and has speed bumps so drive with caution.

My experience with this UHaul is just fine. Just that I wish they fill up the gas tank full. When I picked my truck, it has 1/3 gas left. I had to extend my time to fill it up. But when I returned it, I had left them too much gas left. It's hard to measure to make sure that I brought the truck back with 1/3 gas tank. I felt that I should be prorate for my gas being over 1/3.

This place is understaffed and the ones who are there just don't care.. If you are force to use this location please take a picture of your mileage before you leave and when you return.. When i returned the truck on a saturday evening it was at least 15 trucks waiting to be checked in. after waiting for about 10 mins in check in i notice the line is not moving .. when i get out i see there is absolutely no employees checking in the trucks .. i go inside ask what is the procedure to return the check the rude employee ignores me at first then i ask again he says just to leave the key on the seat and they will check in the vehicle and email the receipt.. GLAD I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE MILEAGE .. i had only use 6 miles they charged me for 461 miles .. charged my account over $700 for a 6 mile use.. I was livid. When i went back the next day there is no supervisor or manager on site and again no employees and the only one there was slow .. Only 3 ppl ahead of me in line it took 30 mins to get to the counter .. So my advice do not use this faculty unless absolutely necessary and if you do you better take pics of that mileage

AVOID this location at all costs. Candice was the person who I checked my vehicle out with. She was also the person I returned my vehicle to. She should be retrained or terminated. She had a nasty attitude in both experiences for NO reason. I spoke to her manger and she said I was free to file a complaint with corporate. I will never come back to this location.

It was recommended I go to this location to have my propane tank refilled by my closest haul location that did not refill propane. The sign says "Fast Fill Fast Pay." It was NOT fast. I rang the bell as instructed at the pump and waited five minutes. Went inside to make sure they knew I was there for propane and was told to continue to wait. I rang the bell a few more times over the next 30 minutes and went in to ask the desk staff again. They said surge manager is the only one who is trained to do it and he is aware. At that time, he walked through the store and immediately into the break room. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. In addition, during the 40 minutes I waited, three other propane customers waited and left. No bueno.

Not a big deal but enough to warn others. Avoid the African with attitude. I had a reservation, arrived on time... should have been simple transaction. The strange clerk with the ridiculous accent was beyond comprehension. And he grows mean and impatient when you can't understand him. He asked me how long I'd need the Cargo Van for. I expected about four hours but was warned about charges if I was late. So I said..."let's just add another hour or two." He said that wasn't possible as it was already "in the system." Mostly he was typing away like crazy (about what, I'll never know) and my friend and I both asked to use the restroom. That seemed to be a problem, too. My friend said..."what did he say?"... so I said "hell if I know." Then he was really po'd. Finally, another clerk caught on to the trouble and fixed the issue with the time. So 3 stars since this guy was helpful. Just be warned and pick your poison.

Horrible customer service here. I arrived around 7:05am it is now 7:19am and decided to walk out. I saw 2 workers/employees come in and out of the building. Neither 1 of them addressed med or asked if i needed help or if i had help. After about 12 minutes of just waiting in the store alone with all of your merchandise ALONE an older gentleman came in. I asked him was he the only 1 working. He lied and said yes with an attitude. I told him ive been waiting for over 10 minutes and he replied "well im helping someone" i said okay but i also saw another guy he replied "yea and he is helping someone too" i then asked "well wasnt nobody gonna adress me just sitti g here alone and his reply was "yea well im helping someone". There was no apologies or anything. He basically just gave me his ass to kiss.

They had already rented my van that I rented online. Manager could not care less. Then after 25 minutes they found another van that had 1/8 of gas. I had to go and get gas immediately before I ran out of fuel.

I wish I could a zero star to this location & I my only question is ppl are complaining & grave 1 star for years, yet no change on the staff or their professionalism. My reservation was transferred from Takoma park location to this Location , because they don't have a track. I rent tracks & Trailers from U-haul for years now. However I was told by the agent that my license is not readable. When I ask to supervisor I was told that my license is fake ( wow it's shocking & they say it with confidence). I had to call the police & police show up & Verify' that my license is valid. Even then they refused to give me the track because the general manager told them not to give through a text( he wasn't present & they send him a picture of my license through a text). Not only that, the worst part was , because I called the polis to verify my license they reverse my reservation & block me for future renting in any U-haul location. I spent 3 hours in the lactation for something that could be resolved easily if there were professional employees not thugs. I want stop here, I will take this to the next level & sue them. I have all the evidence I need. Please don't do Bussiness in this location &embarrass your self

Went to rent a pick up truck. Manager just handed me the truck with out checking it. I checked the truck my self and saw a scratch on the left side. I took a picture of it. Now they're charge me $100 for damages. Every time I go the manager is not on site. Nor will he answer or return my calls. I always take pictures of my rentals and videos to avoid this type of situations. Avoid this locations if you don't want to end up paying extra for your rental. Always check your rental for any scratches.

Sat morning and only two people working. Line of 18 people. They did not think ahead and plan for the rush as everyone had appointments. Poorly managed. Employees aren't even hustling. There is NO sense of urgency. 55 minute wait for me. The line is getting longer and will be over an hour for others. Poorly managed location. The employees are gingerly just doing the minimum work. Not engaged workforce. Will avoid this place next time.

Understaffed. Long wait. After waiting in line 20 mins. I had to wait another 15 mins for someone to get my truck after the contact was complete. I guess I will pick another location

I rented a storage unit here for over 6 years. I terminated the lease as required, notified the local office staff, and moved all items out of my unit. Unfortunately, my account was not properly closed out and I received multiple notices that my account was past due and a pre-lien notice. More than 25 calls to the local office were not answered and instead rolled over to the corporate call center where I was told to call the local store. Unacceptable and frustrating process that took far too long to resolve. In addition, several of the plastic bins in my storage unit had what appeared to be dried rodent urine on the lids.

Don't rent here! I dropped the truck off after hours after completing a routine move. One hour before the store even opened the next morning, my card was charged over $800 without my permission for "damages" that I didn't do. The manager, Henry, refused to speak with me or even show me pictures of this "damage". It turns out they also own a repair shop and will charge you obscene rates for anything they want. This place is a scam. I wish I could give them zero star.
