Online Cinnabon says they close @9. I get to the mall at 7:54 the mall is closing and Cinnabon is already closed . I drove 15 minutes it this location and I am upset! I say all of this to say... CALL BEFORE GOING !

The cinnabons & minibons still taste good (the same); however, we experienced two (2) issues: 1) Not everyone wears a mask even when yawning & not covering her mouth - It's interesting yet scary to witness ppl working around food (& beverages) not demonstrate awareness of basic handling & safety measures/protocols, especially w/COVID-19 lingering & now monkeypox. 2) Although the manager has the authority to allow a one- (1-) time $6.35 credit/refund, she refused & chose not to, implying she concurs w/her employee(s) taking advantage of a minor & incorrectly charging him the regular rate vs. the Tuesday-special rate. The surprising part is when we had called and explained the issue, an employee had advised us to come in for the refund/credit. And when we had come the 1st time, we presented the receipt, yet an employee said only the manager could assist us, so we came back again only to speak w/the manager via phone to no avail.

If I could give a Negative star, I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! With the store and "customer service rep". Placed an order for a delivery and at the end, when I got my confirmation, stated my order world be for pick up. I called the store in an attempt to rectify the issue and was told they don't deliver. Why that wasn't specified before, I don't know. When I asked for a cancellation, I was told order cannot be cancelled. I reached out to customer service and was told the same thing. That I need to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge!!! What kind of company does not offer the option to cancel an order. ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We love The Cinnabon Store at PG Plaza Mall. The Classic Cinnamon Rolls was fresh, hot and tasty along with the fresh Strawberries & Cream Chillatta, it was bursting with flavors!!! The atmosphere was welcoming.
