The owner of the store is so racist. From the moment we walked into the store she was aggressively staring at us and then when we asked for help finding something she had an attitude and didn’t want to help. We left and didn’t not to spend our money here. Terrible service, never patronizing this business again. Very sad

the nice hispanic woman who worked the cashier was great and always had amazing recommendations but after renovation the new woman working here is very racist and stares customers down with her VERY overpriced items and bad attitude. please avoid this beauty supply if you can.

I think the powerful smell of the hair dyes is seeping into their brains and making them slow. They think everybody is stealing and they watch you like a hawk. Do not go here. They will profile you and accuse you of stealing. They need to go into the five guys and cool off. Horrible business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the cashiers accuse me of stealing when it was in fact my keys in my pocket. They were so rude and swore they saw in the cameras that I stole. I had to show them my purse and empty out my pocket just to prove that I didn’t steal oil. I’m never going back to this racist establishment again. I’m sure the cashiers did this because of orders from the owner. Don’t own a business if you’re going to constantly antagonize and abuse your customers

Yesterday around 12:00 p.m, My husband walked in to buy two items. He said he was being followed and watched by the owner the entire time. He told him he don't have to watch him he wasn't stealing anything. The customer service was disappointing and will not be shopping there anymore.

Great variety of items, nice staff and owners. Had an issue with my bill, owner was quick to check, confirm and to provide quick options and solutions. Honestly one of the best experiences in a beauty supply in a long time. Will definitely go back and do recommend!

Wish I can give 0 stars because this is really unacceptable and uncomfortable. I originally came into the store for 2-3 things, but I still wanted to look around for other items that I may have needed. The store is usually fully stocked and clean, so that’s why I decided to shop here. But today will be my last. After like 2 minutes of me looking around I was followed by this Asian lady with glasses. She made it very obvious that she was following me in every single isle. When she realized I noticed her following me , she didn’t even care to stop. Who does this ? I haven’t been in the store for more than 5 minutes and I am being racially profiled. So I decided to put my cart down and walk out with nothing! I was not going to give them my hard earned money. That lady is very racist, and they do not speak to you when you walk into the store either. Rude and absolutely unprofessional. Will never ever go back and shop there ever again. I recommend everyone to just save their time and money and go somewhere else because it’s not worth it. Really Disgusted !

Do not go to this store at all. So after this random black lady got caught stealing items from the store, they started following the black people only around the store to make sure they was not stealing anything and The manger also stands at the door telling the black people that they cannot have there bags in the store at all

I have never left a 1 or 2 star review but feel obligated. I can’t recommend this store due to poor customer service.I did not recognize the store was closing soon when I arrived. A few minutes before closing I was notified. At closing, I was impolitely told the store was closed. I had not yet made my hair selection but was close and rushed to ask one of the employees a quick question. He answered my question and walked a way and less than a minute later, the lights were turned off with me inside. I left without buying anything because I ran out of time but I did politely say goodbye and “have a good night” to an older female employee who seemed to be in charge. I figured they had their reasons for needing to close exactly on time but she said nothing and just stared rudely. Back in my car, I realized it was only 4 minutes after the reported closing time. I also realized I’d never seen the lights shut off like that in a store. Due to extremely poor customer service, I will not be back. (The second star is because I was initially excited by their supply.)

I’ve been here multiple times and have had the same experience. When you walk in the employees don’t say anything to you they just stare at you. Then they follow you in the aisle and watch you as if your going to steal something. As a black woman this is uncomfortable.

The two lady's and the man working today were all so kind!!! I ride a scooter and they always go out if their way to be considerate by holding the doors for me and allowing me to bring my scooter in! Amazing store with so many options I definitely recommend!
