this bank is horrible, 0/10 i deposited money into the atm about 2 months ago and the atm ate about $700 & when i made a claim they never returned my money also denied my claim. i tried to deposit $300 today and none of the atm's are working. if you can avoid capital one then you should.

Not to my go to branch and I would avoid if possible! Be prepared to wait a long time here. I mean at least 20 minutes! Sigh I rarely go inside the bank but needed stuff that couldn't be done online or via an ATM! The employees here are not the friendliest or most professional. As I mentioned, pack your patience! They could use some improvement here.

The lines are long but I've found the manager very responsive to customer needs and personally involved to get the lines moving. Any teller or banker concerns should be brought to the manager's attention and she will address then promptly.

Two tellers + midday Wednesday=long lines. The woman that assists clients in the back office is extraordinarily inattentive. We witnessed it happen with the customer before us in line and when our turn came for her to put us on the waiting list, we were so appalled for her blatant disregard of our request that we left...and are contemplating another commercial bank to open our business accounts with. Ironic for a bank that literally says "We don't have tellers, we have listeners." Lol. Don't waste your time.
