Philip was awesome! I got a quote from a chain auto repair shop a block away and it sounded high, so I called Cha's since it was nearby and got 5 stars on Yelp. At first he said they don't give quotes over the phone, but I asked if he could hear the quoted prices I was given and tell me if it seemed high. Sure enough, it was more than double what he was going to charge. Philip was open, candid, and generous with his knowledge. The work was done in a day and he only uses quality parts. So grateful I took my business to his shop.
