This is the best civilian customer service I’ve experienced with a bank. Julio and William were extremely patient with their customers and thorough with explaining requirements for opening an account. They were extremely helpful and I appreciate their support for those with disabilities. Bless them!

Terrible service, they tell you that you have to wait an hour and you end up waiting 3 and the workers only pass from one place to another, they don't even serve you with an appointment 😡

the worst customer service they try to help more than one client at the same time without having finished with the first one then they start to help each other and leave the clients waiting in the middle of their process and then when you complain to them they get upset and They tell you that if you don't like it, you can come back another day or call customer service.

Las personas q trabajan en este banco parece que se levantarán amargadas todos los días no tiene. Nada absolutamente nada de servicio al cliente , no entiendo porque contratan gente incompetente el cual el trabajo de ellos es solucionar los problemas del día a día debieran de reemplazarlos por máquinas estoy segura que harían un mejor trabajo consejo busquen un trabajo que los haga feliz

Bad service, they don't help you with the questions you have regarding transfer or check cashing. They only throw the check at you without explanation when it cannot be changed, boring people and you see racism sadly
