45 minutes just to make a deposit. Manager refused to provide her name (Aku) she stated and they treated me like a criminal.

The Bank of America Financial center's outside atm machine accented my debit card then immediately shut down without returning the card. The next day, I went there hoping to get my card or money, but was told the atm ? doesn't belong to Bank of America. When I asked to whom it belongs to the gentleman who I spoke to said he didn't know. Because of that I had to cancel and reschedule my mom's 90th birthday party. Mh family and friends were sadly disappointed

Worse customer service, especially if you want to take your money there treat you like you're asking a hand out. I guess they don't have to be nice since their customers are minorities and not white rich people

(Edited Review.) A bit challenging experience earlier but I like that Bank of America is quick to reach out to resolve any concern. This means that they take their customers seriously. The manager here is professional and willing to address any customer concerns. This location remains my local bank of choice.

I was extremely upset. I have been handling my family business account for over 7 years and never have I had a problem depositing money till today. This branch has a very unprofessional and rude guy who supposed to be the manager name Martin. Just because he had to do a CTR he gave me a hard time and eventually I had to take my deposit back from teller and take deposit to another branch because he was not accepting my cash. I also have a personal account with Bank Of America and a real Manger knows that all my info is in the account but he never bothered to ask me. He also wanted to talk to me in Spanish because he did not want all the tellers to know what he was saying. I am an American. He should not be working for a bank.

Every time I've ever been they only have one teller working which results in a huge line especially since it only takes one person with a complicated transaction to hold it up

A couple of minutes ago, I was in this branch with my family for service. Surprisingly, my daughter needs to use the restroom. The guy on the front desk in customer service refuses to use the bathroom. I never recommend using anyone at this branch because they don't care about customers.

First time ever to leave a review in my life and I’m extremely disappointed with this branch . As a business owner I been with Bank of America for more then 20+ years here comes this so call branch manager Martin always rude and beyond unprofessional.

It's not a drive-thru ATM. One of the outside ATMs did not allow withdrawals when I came here.

Customer service is terrible I explained my reasons why I need to get money out and they made me go to the ATM and get back in line after waiting in line for an hours . Talk about customer. Service they need to close this branch!!!!!!!

The manager got 0 costumer services experience. I want get over limit cash and I couldn't use the ATM so I had to go over counter spend over 1hr on the line and I ask to speak to the manager he said oh my people on the lunch break and I can't help you so u should wait. I'm like are u serious have you seen the line going all the way to the parking lot and u just sitting her chilling his respond was sorry I cannot help you and I see another 3 people behind the glass doing absolutely nothing. If I have lees than 1 star I will choose it .

the security guard was VERY RUDE! when i say rude i mean RUDE! it's still covid time so we are doing the lines. when i first came to the bank i ask her if i needed to stand in line to make a withdrawal inside she has an attitude and says yes. so i wait in line and it's my turn to go in she ask me again what i need, i say a withdrawal and she proceeds to ask me a if i need to see and cashier. well duh and and i say yes i need to make a withdrawal so she decides to dismiss me and walks off and when she walks me into the bank she called me a b**** under her breathe. that's HIGHLY unacceptable.
