I came to the bank this morning with my mother terrible customer service the teller Fatima was rude and very unpatien not professional at all to help my mother she was rushing her out.

I've got a great service here. Yes, the queue runs slow, but that is because they listen to you patiently. The teller lady was very helpful and sympathetic. If you want to talk to any of the tellers here about any special needs, better get an appointment. There's no public restroom though.

Don't use it but, will use the one inside the bank. It is fine.
