Positive: Your service is very convenient. The customer service person was very helpfulNegative: Your rental is too expensive. At no point on the website, it is indicated the real cost.Conclusion: I will never rent a car from you again.

Every car they rented to us has had something wrong with it. There are 8 cars parked in the lot and all of them have problems. If you don’t have any other options this is the right place for you. My suggestion… run!!!

They only have a couple of cars to rent out but they are not brand new, but it will do for price. Got me out of a bind.

Man that worked their was cleaning out the car for me. I asked him how long it was gonna take and he said he literally said he only needed a few minutes to empty it out and spray the inside with a little water...water...in Covid time. To my surprise, he literally didn’t have any actual cleaning sprays with him while cleaning the car either ?

Didnt know i had a ticket on one of the cars until i came back to them 2 months later to receive another vehicle. I've always rented from them... The last straw, was when i had a emergency and told the lady I'll be a hour late. She verbally said it was ok and that there would be no extra fee because she understood. I return the car...... AND had to pay for an extra day and still couldn't take the car for that "extra day". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Vehicles old and beat up but gets you to A and B.. Hopefully.. Best part is you dont need a credit card to rent. That's their only benefit.. #FamilyOwned

Soooo I read all the bad reviews but still decided to give this place a call. The lady was so rude when trying to get basic information. I explained to her that a young man that worked there was helping me out when I did a walk in last year and he was awesome. I aske may I speak with him. She said she had no clue what I was talking about and that no male had ever worked there.

My mom recently rented a car last Saturday at this place, & the car they rented her already had damages to the back bumper so when She returned it. the owner claimed made the damages & the person that did rent it to her apparently was sick. When she did come back she also claimed the damages were made by my mom cause she failed to do her job & mark it down. The owner claimed she cleaned the car on Friday, which was a LIE. When my mom got the car it still had dirt, grass, & weed particles everywhere. The stench of weed still lingered in the car. On top of that they apparently over charged her for the days she rented the car. They said they aren't returning the deposit along with trying to charge the damages on my mom. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They are truly unprofessional, don't know how to talk to customers, also unsanitary. Place smells so dirty & musty. We will be taking them to court!

Returned the car on Friday, was told that my deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours. On Monday, still no deposit! Called and was told that the manager was "out of town" over the weekend and my money will be returned within 24 hours. I checked my account on Tuesday and still nothing. I called again and now I'm told it will be processed today (Tuesday) and I have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours! The person that answered the phone seemed to not care and showed no empathy for my situation. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
