“I arrived early around 7:45 am. The associate took my order and was all over it in a jiffy! Great job. Two dozen assorted for an office gift plus my own breakfast. Handled everything from taking the order, putting together the boxes, selecting the donuts, made my bagel sandwich and coffee and then checked me out. A lot of tasks in a short period of time. Excellent!”

“I have always hated coming to this branch even though it's near my house because it's "well known" that the staff are very rude and very unprofessional specally if you domt speak spanish and seem to not like their job, this is probably one of the worse of worse of worse boa in the entire area. Everybody knows it. So what happened today was surprising the front desk lady who help me was (Aretha) she was very professional yet very nice and showed a lot of respect and good work ethics. She was very patient even though I was a little demanding and she helped me then best she could, I was very very happy with her work. Aritha( i think that was her name) she is one of very few people in boa Langley park who can deliever satisfying customer service "without" attitude. She is just professional yet very nice and pleasant. Ask for her if you want someone who show respect and professionalism.. 4 stars for her and one stars out for the bad staff in there.”

I am dealing with problems at Citi retirement, so it's a nearly endless round of faxing and emailing paperwork, phone calls, etc. The staff could not have been more helpful or patient. Although I keep my money in credit unions now, it is nice to find such a good bank.”

“The improvements at this branch location is much appreciated! New floor tiles, clean rug, and a big screen television that displays banking information in the waiting area. They even offer a coffee bar, which is a pleasant treat for the customers. There is an ATM now present in the lobby of the branch office, and they also removed the coin machine that hardly ever worked, so I guess that was a good move too. The people at this bank are usually very pleasant and helpful. Oftentimes there can be a long line, but it does move rather quickly.”
