My bike chain got knotted on the ART and Arrow Bicycle was the closest bike store to the trail. Man was I glad! Great service, and great staff! Would definitely come back here again.

I was riding on a nearby trail and my bike tipped over. Something was rubbing and I looked at it and couldn’t figure it out. Concerned that I bent the disk brake, I called Arrow (who was nearby) and they said they would take a look. Well I’m embarrassed to say it was just the fender rubbing. They had it fixed within 3 minutes and wished me a nice weekend. They seem like good bike people and they would be my shop if I lived closer.

Sweet repair shop, amazing sales floor.New is too rich for my blood but they sure look worth every penny.Repairs are spot on. Pricey when compared to 1978 but who does that? A comprehensive renewal of a mid-90s Fuji tourer ran mid 150 and she feels good to give another 25 years to me.Next is the 1980 Motobecan, once I slim enough for the 1-imch rims...

My impressions are based on the limited, first-time interactions (though I hope they'll hold in the long-term), but I'm glad to have found a decent bike shop. I had a loose cable connection that was causing me to have trouble upshifting consistently. Rather than making me schedule a tune-up or worse, a pre-visit visit just to see what kind of world would be needed, Arrow tightened the cables for $10, a lot less time than a tune-up. Plus they were willing to indulge shooting the breeze with me on what they thought of bikes that I wanted to get. Low key and quick. I was satisfied and will visit again.

They installed a nice back rack and bike basket for me and gave me 20% since they were one of the small businesses participating in Hyattsville's holiday sale. I would definitely recommend going here instead of college park bicycles the employee there was very rude and condescending but the Arrow Bicycle employees were nice to me.

The people here know what their doing! My brakes and gears were not working like normal so I brought my bike in. They gave it back to me working perfectly and free of charge!

Newish to the area, and my bike's tires were in need of a loooooooooooo... [takes breath] oooooooooong overdue replacement. Because I brought the old tire and tubes in they were able to get me a proper fit for a new set. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff person I worked with was super courteous and was completely understandable of my utter lack of knowledge. 14/10 will return!

Consistent quality service. Called another bike shop in college park and I guess they got tired of my voice because 1. The hung up on me and 2. When I called back, there accused me of hanging up on them. Fixed my minor issues on my mountain bike and fully assembled my cruiser.

I went I for a tune up and paid money. Got a flat tire and paid money (it happens). Within 3 hours of getting bike the pedal starts falling off. Went to the store and of course they want more money. Something didn't feel right so I took my bike back and never come back. Make sure your mechanically inclined or they will take advantage of you like a shady car mechanic shop. Always happens.

Fast, responsive, and fairly priced service for high end equipment. This shop really cares a lot about delivering top value for its customers.

Ordered a bike from trek and had it shipped to this store for assembly and pick up. In the day of pick up when I got to the store it was empty I saw two workers inside one guy seemed to be new. No one went over my bike with me, made sure that I was satisfied with it or anything. They didn't even offer to sell me a kickstand since one didn't come with my bike. I felt like since I didn't purchase my bike directly from them they didn't really care. They guy in the back working on the bikes told the guy at the counter "just check his ID and give him his bike" in a way like he didn't like the fact that I didn't buy it from them. I took my bike for a quick ride when I got home and everything seemed OK. I later took it to a local trail I usually ride on and a few minutes into my ride my handlebar just dropped down. When I stopped to check it was loose and I could turn it by hand. I ended my ride and the next day took it to race pace in Columbia. There was a night and day difference in the customer service that I received even though they were super busy. They checked over my bike for free, gave me a complimentary tune up and even offered to sell me kickstand. Not sure if they found any other issues with the bike as a wasn't able to speak with the person that serviced it.
