Very bad service, the clothes are not wrung well, and the dryers take forever to dry the clothes. It is better not to go to this laundromat. I have been here twice and both times it does not dry my clothes well.

This was my first time using a laundry service, and I have to say that every staff member that I interacted with did such an amazing job with customer service and ensuring that everything I needed for my elderly disabled mother was taken care of. From the guys who took calls to the people who washed the clothes to the delivery man, all the customer service was top-notch notch and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to someone else. No odors, just clean smelling perfectly folded clothes. A little pricey but for that kind of experience I don't mind the costs.

Best place to wash your clothes, Best experience for me, because it is a place where you can sit down and relax a little bit waiting for you clothes to be done. The machines are really fast no more than 30mins. Perfect place for me??

We contacted American Mega Laundromat for a rush job of 600 towels, to be washed for a music festival. The owner, Seyid, went out if his way to ensure that his wonderful team would have the towels washed and folded in time for our opening the next day. In fact, they were done same day! He was incredibly responsive and professional, with very reasonable pricing. We were thrilled with the results, and their ability to get this sizable job done so quickly. We will absolutely be using them again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

American Mega is a great laundromat that does pick up/delivery. They've very reliable and communicative. You can easily make a request on the app, and they always pick up the next day. They also drop off within 1-2 days of doing the laundry. I have not had any issues with my clothes either.

Recently utilized their services, and I must say, I was truly impressed in both the quality and rapidity in which my laundry was picked up, cleaned, and returned. Immaculately folded, all prior instructions adhered to, and even managed to get some stains I thought permanent in some of my white collar shirts. Price was somewhat high, however, given the amount of clothes I gave them to wash (5 full bags worth) I was already expecting a hefty price tag. All in all, Megalaundromat is run by professional and kind people who do a job well-done. Thanks again guys - you’re the best!

This was my first time using a laundry service. American Mega Laundromat did an incredible job. The customer service was outstanding and the clothes were picked up and delivered in the promised time frame. It was a large order and they picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. They would have delivered Sunday but Monday was more convenient for me and they accommodated my schedule. The clothes arrived packaged professionally and smelling great! I will definitely use their laundry service again.
