this place is so ghetto every time I call the lady that's always answering she's always talks back to you yells at you tells you you cannot make a partial payment unless you make the full payment and then they call you and friends that they gonna take the furniture back and I told him I have Covid and they still tell me I will be there next Wednesday well I'll be in quarantine and by federal law I'm not entitled to open the door because I will still be in quarantine and all my 3 kids will be in quarantine as well.

Hello, my name is Teresa and this company is very bad for business, as you know this company is not Compromising to certain situations, I have been harassed for the past few days, I made a payment on my account most recently, and I was told that my payments was not needed anymore, also the same washer and dryer they are harassing me for is at Home Depot for 1,500 dollars! I have a home security camera and they have tired to enter my home, and I can see them on camera! They lie about false payments on your accounts! My point is, don’t waste your time, just save to buy straight out! This is my first time renting and my very last! I only had the Merchandise for two months!

Hi Im Michelle..Im a current customer for aaron's furniture. I would strongly advise people who decides to rent from them to watch the agreement u are signing with them because they are a terrible business they dont work with u when it comes to certain circumstances when your in a financial burden.

Terrible Customer Service, Buyers Beware, after 4 month my furniture love seat and couch started tearing from the seam, no replacement of fix, and they do advertise but this store and store manager is very unprofessional I will never shop at this store again.

Absolutely the worst we haven't even had the product (stackable Washer and dryer-electric for 24 hours and we can't even use it you know why we dont even have the power supply for the unit we were not made aware that we also had to buy our own ventilation tube..ohh but they constantly call say your payment is missing welll I'm not making a payment on something I don't have it took them a whole extra week after the product was delivered to the store for them to even get it to our house. The manager thought we had the product no sir we did not which is why you have not received my payment there is a whole lot of miscommunication between Aaron's online with the stores and a WHOLE lot of miscommunication within this store at this point come get this huge space taker because I'm not going to pay for something we can't use

Customer service is not pleasant. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. He talks over you and cuts you off. Arguing and raising your voice doesn’t make it any better.Maybe doing some customer service training would help!!!It definitely shows in some of the staff that answers the telephone as well. This is a business and should be professional at all times.Under no circumstances or situation should a customer feel degraded or disrespected. If I had to rate my overall experience it would be a 2.I can’t take away the fact the furniture is nice but that means absolutely nothing if the customer service is BAD!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!!!

I will never ever ever shop at Aaron's furniture store again I've been dealing with them for 4 years now and I've never had a problem until now they have had my TV since July 29th for repair and I still have not received my TV back and it is August I mean September 4th but yet they want to keep calling me for payments they are rude disrespectful and keep promising they are going to return my TV I believe they have lost my TV. I want my TV back asap cuz I refuse to keep paying for something I don't have. I only had 4 more payments.

Aarons have most disrespectful employees I have been on hold over 45 minutes daily then someone would hang up the phone. They finally brought my sound bar without the cords so again the manager said it is supposed to come back today still no show. They don't ever call when u leave message
