Bradley and his team at Preston Mazda were first class! We were short on time the day we came to dealership and Bradley was kind enough to offer to deliver the car to me in Chestertown if I really wanted it! This was so convenient and we were able to communicate over the phone and work together and then seal the deal signing papers in MY office! I'm a proud owner of my certified pre-owned 2021 Mazda CX5! Thank you all for your amazing customer service! Highly Recommend Preston Mazda it's the only place I've ever purchased a vehicle! Both times I was a happy customer! Got my dream car!

Disappointing experience. I let them know I would need a good value on my trade in and a decent interest rate to make it work for my budget. They told me they would give me less that KBB value for my car, so I told them that would not work and moved on. I was contacted again and was told I'd get over KBB and they quoted me a great interest rate. Come to find out, the deal for my trade in amount was only good if I purchased GAP insurance and a maintenance plan. I was prepared to spend more a month on this deal because of the good interest rate but now if I had to also purchase things that I do not need. It definitely defeated the purpose but I guess I should have known that it was too good to be true.

Great experience with Preston Mazda.
Submitted an inquiry about a car late in the evening; got a reply early the next morning and we were off to the races!
They offered a great price, and most importantly to us they had the exact vehicle on the lot that we were looking for.
Sales and finance team were very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, and they even delivered the vehicle to us at no charge even though we live more than 90 miles away.
Great experience; definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Preston Mazda in Hurlock, MD, from first arriving until we left with a new car!
Our sales consultant, Cassandra Brannan, greeted us cheerily shortly after we began looking around the lot. She asked us what we were interested in and promptly invited us to explore the model we chose. Cassandra was very knowledgeable and answered our questions without hesitation. While I test drove the model selected, she listened carefully as we explained our preferences and afterwards, she accommodated us by showing another car more suited to our needs. We felt very comfortable with Cassandra and were appreciative of her easy, no pressure approach as we discussed a possible purchase and trade in.
Our experience with sales manager, Stevie Brummell, was also excellent. He made us feel at ease right away, and rather than pressure us into a sale, he explained our options clearly, listened to our concerns and accommodated us by increasing the trade in value to reduce the overall cost.
We were satisfied with the financial process, though initially the figures seemed high. Jenn Vance did an excellent job of explaining the options and cost in terms of "daily" cost, which put the totals in perspective.
Overall our entire experience at Preston Mazda was excellent!

I had a great experience at Preston Mazda for several reasons. Firstly, the staff, particularly Mr. Proud, were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Secondly, the dealership had a wide selection of vehicles, including the Mazda CX 50 that I purchased. The variety of options allowed me to find the perfect car that met my preferences and requirements.
Additionally, the negotiation and financing process was smooth and transpaent
Also, Mrs. Hope was great in the financial process and very informative.
And all the team stayed late that night to make sure I got the right deal.
Overall, my experience at Preston Mazda was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a new vehicle. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, wide selection of vehicles, and transparent buying process make it a dealership worth considering

I went to Preston nissan to purchase my 2nd car from them. I'm very disappointed in the whole deal. I've tried to contact the owner. The manager and Andrew risher not one call back. I was told by Andrew that he was throwing in gap coverage if I closed the deal that same day. Also a free oil change. Well his free gap coverage cost me 1500 and the oil change is after a survey that I never received. I will never purchase from the great switch and bail dealer again! Horrible customer service
