“If I had a dime for every time Matt and his team have looked at my truck when it wasn’t on their schedule or for every time Matt has answered an annoying Facebook message from me trying to figure something out…. I’d be rich. The only people I feel care about my truck as much as I do are the people at Hanes. Got lucky enough one day to get there at lunch time and Nancy even offered to make lunch for me too! You’ll never find a family so kind going to chains or dealerships. I found Hanes Automotive when Matt visited my business during Covid when I first opened and I’m thankful everyday that we connected!”
