We had our septic alarm go off and started to call companies to come out. Lee was able to offer emergency service the same day at HALF the price I was quoted by another company. When he arrived at scheduled time, he went above and beyond using his years of knowledge to ensure every aspect of our system was cleaned, viewed and running as required! His expertise cleared our system alarm and I feel at peace the system will be without issues till our next inspection and servicing!

I've used a variety of septic companies in my 30+ years in my home. Lee industries has by far been the most professional and courteous of them all. The driver Chris arrived early for the appointment and quickly got to work. Chris took the time and was respectful to avoid dragging the hose through my flower garden. They offer a senior discount and an appointment app that automatically reminds you of the appointment. They've been in business for 50 years, so they must be doing something right for their customers.

I called for service like always and I was quoted $375 for septic cleaning when the same guy who always clean my tank came to do the job he said it was gonna be $475 because he has to remove the dirt which was there previous times and I always tipped him at the end.

I highly recommend Lee Industries for you septic needs, they have excellent customer service and are extremely affordable. They are also reliable and very prompt, I wouldn't use anyone else!

Suction and clean went well, but either the tanker truck had a leak, or a leak occurred at the pipe connection. Either way, it left a 4 foot circular stain on my driveway, that three months of rain have not erased.
