I cannot recommend Trellis Hunt Valley any higher. Nikki is one of the most positive people I have encountered in a role like this. She does a great job. She communicates great, always responds with a sense of urgency and really runs the location like it is her own. Donte is also fantastic. This is really a very nice place to live and in a great location if you work in Hunt Valley or anywhere on the North side of Baltimore.

The Leasing Team (Nikki) is AMAZING - so helpful and her Customer Service is outstanding. Maintenance is awesome (had to call for assistance with my door - Donte is very professional and kind and came to assist right away). Overall, everything is clean, quiet and can't beat the location!

Got there to do the tour and no one was answering at the office i called and it said the leasing office was closed at the doors! Wow, waste of my time.

A hidden gem indeed!
Trellis Hunt Valley stands out as one of the best places to live in the area, and it's all thanks to Nikki, the property manager, who is an absolute treasure.
Nikki went above and beyond during both the move-in and move-out processes. Despite my unique situation of needing to end my lease early, Nikki provided unwavering support every step of the way.
If given the chance, I would choose to live there again in a heartbeat. The complex boasts cleanliness, tranquility, and just the right size—not overly big. Plus, ample parking and a warm, friendly community make it feel like home.
And let's talk about the free coffee! A wonderful perk, especially for those of us who work from home. It's the little touches like this that truly make Trellis Hunt Valley exceptional.

Repeated threats or intimidation.
Unreasonable or excessive property inspections.
Retaliation for exercising your rights as a tenant.
Unwarranted eviction attempts.
These are what I have experienced at Trellis... stay away from this horrible place

I had become accustomed to the way typical property managers and maintenance teams treat their residents, but Trellis completely changed my perspective on what great customer service means in relation to apartment complexes. Ms. Nikki and the entire staff are truly exceptional, and I would have continued living there if it weren't for a change in job location. During my time at Trellis, I honestly felt like I was part of a family. If you're contemplating a move to the Hunt Valley/Cockeysville area, I strongly advise you not to make a decision before visiting Trellis.

Great community and great apartments! Nikki and Donte do a wonderful job creating an environment that is awesome for all its residents! All utilities are included, along with a mounted tv and internet! Friendly neighbors and a super convenient location close to the highway and plenty of stores/restaurants!

This place is great.. if you want to spend $2,300 a month to live with a mice infestation and washing/dryer machine that continues to break and once broken stays broken for over a month. Do not waste your money on these overpriced, mouse infested apartments.

Friendly onsite staff, curb appeal needs serious attention, when it rains puddles at the bottom of the stairs are unsafe to walk up to your apartment, as also moldy and damaged wood paneling. Extremely hot on the second level of my unit, not able to use the space as intended. Better insulation would help. Lack of closets, cabinets/pantry space. Nice leasing office, however some of the space could have been used for a better fitness room as the one is nicely equipped however very small. Not sure the definition of “Luxury Apartment “ applies to the entire complex. Is considerably quiet and pleasant most of the time. The complimentary coffee is great.

The absolute best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at! Nikki and Donte treat you like family and the property is clean and very well maintained. All maintenance requests are handled right away and Nikki and Donte go above and beyond no matter what time of the day it is. The only reason I had to leave was to move out of state. If I move back to Maryland the Trellis will be the only place I’d go!

i absolutely loved living at trellis!! the staff are incredible, it’s nice and quiet, the units are all wonderfully updated, AND they are ultra pet friendly. the all inclusive rent is a huge bonus for budgeting. i cannot recommend this complex enough. 5/5 all around
