“The day before Thanksgiving I came to Carney Tire with a damaged tire hoping to get it replaced before my holiday travel plans the next day. Paul, a service associate explained that they were busy but if I left the tire with them they would do their best to make the repair by closing. I received a call around 4:30 advising that the repair was complete, they installed the tire and I was pleased to continue my travel plans on four good tires and the spare in the trunk. I’m grateful to Paul and his staff for making my minor repair a priority during a busy holiday eve.

“I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to these professional and kind people. I had a break light that went out and my husband said while he gets the food I should find an auto repair shop, I choose Framerite the customer service was extremely wonderful.
The waiting area was so cool it was like stepping into a man cave that us women would love to at least I know that I enjoyed it.
They fixed my car with no problem and gave me a loaner car while we waited for the end result.

This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. Thank you, Serge, for treating us like family and helping us to make a big decision. We are so thankful to have found your shop!”

“A good, honest auto mechanic is hard to find. ? I made an appointment to get my Maryland State inspection. I told the gentleman I might need front brakes. He said they only do brakes the right way and told me what it would cost, but also said I probably didn't need brakes. I don't know what he did, but my front suspension is tightened up and I didn't have to pay for a brake job because I didn't need brakes.

“UPDATE: I had initially written a bad review for Brooks-Huff In Towson off York Rd. for damaging the finish on my wheels when I came in for a balancing service. I was very disappointed and upset with my impression of this business. Tim rang me a call over my cellphone earlier and I had missed his call, he left me a nice voicemail stating that he is very sorry about this incident and that he had read the review. He ensured that he would take care of this issue and this is not an accurate representation on how their business operates.Tim explained that he will be gone for the week but to call back the following week to schedule something for them to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative for them owning up and offering to fix the damage they have done, especially because not a lot of businesses would do the same in our day and age. Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Center in Towson is now a stand out to me and I am very pleased that they offered to fix the damage. My recommendation has changed and so has my outlook on this business just for offering to make things right. I advocate that you offer your trust and service needs to Brooks-Huff's Towson, they will take care of you. Thank you Tim, gained back a long-term customer. “Typically we ladies always get ripped off in the field of anything Automotive, BUT I went to this location, met with Mr Reggie and told him my budget for new tires for my son’s truck.
