“I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”

“Wow. wow. Wow. Highly recommend. Went to the location on York for shoes for my father who is in his late 80's and uses a wheelchair and walker. Allison helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable both about shoes and working with elderly customers/customers with physical disabilities. She was also very kind. Excellent customer service, excellent advice. We had only brought his wheelchair and when it was time for him to stand in the shoes, she brought out a walker that the store has to make things easier. Fabulous. She was very skilled at ensuring he had shoes that fit him well, spent significant time with us. My father felt good about the shopping experience. Absolutely did not try to upsell us. Shoes are great quality, lots of great styles. I hope to return to shop for myself. Note: Before we came in, I called with some questions, and the staff were very helpful over the phone, they had great ideas and were clearly knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise.”
“Fantastic time at this locally owned store. The owner was kind, engaging, and accomodating. There is a wide range of garments for men and women to choose from, and authentic Kente. The owner also creates custom pieces. We found everything we were looking for and MORE. Parking is limited so you might have to park across the street. Worth it!”

“The energy at this store is always relaxed and chill. Customers walk in and browse shoes to buy. Haven't had any crazy encounters with other customers or staff. The staff provides quality customer service. The return policy is generous at 60 days with a receipt and the BOX it came in at the time of purchase and the item cannot be obviously worn to the eye. Any returns without a receipt can be completed as an equal exchange or traded for store credit. Love it here especially at this location. 10/10.”

She was an absolute pleasure and managed to turn a regular shopping experience into a highlight of the day. “I recently visited Carter’s and had an exceptional experience, thanks to an associate named Sabainah. Her service was outstanding and she was incredibly sweet to my three children. Sabainah went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant shopping experience, and her kindness and gentle demeanor left a lasting impression on us.
She was remarkably patient with my kids, making the visit memorable for them with cool stickers and a fun coloring table. My little ones were thrilled and still talk about our time at the store.
I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this Carter’s location. Because of Sabainah’s excellent service, I will gladly make the drive to shop here again. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a wonderful shopping experience with attentive and caring staff!”
“I had never been to this store before . I decided to come here for the first time searching for a nice birthday outfit, and I was pleasantly surprised! When I came in me and my sister were greeted by a nice stylist named Dominique she was so amazing! she got me set up in a dressing room and even left a couple of suggestions for me to try on! her and the other ladies were so amazing everytime I came out of the dressing room they were so nice and encouraging the whole time I was here . “Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”
