I was there yesterday getting gas and a smoothie. Made a stop in men’s room first. Urinal had no water. No soap. Hand drier didn’t work. Only had medium cups for smoothies. 2 of 4 flavors out of order. Gas pump 11 outside couldn’t print receipt. This used to be a nice store. Not lately.

Easy in and out at this busy gas/convenience store. And with self-check even faster- that seems to be the new trend in retail—getting rid of cashiers and replacing them with AI. Companies have discovered it’s cheaper to put in a bunch of machines to take your money vs. paying an employee $15 an hour.
Sad, very sad indeed.

I was at store 191 they had the best fried chicken I have had in a long time the store was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful highly recommend I was so impressed I got the manager's name which was Libya very nice professional young lady

Bought a 3pc tender meal, which usually is 3pc tenders and fluff the box with the fries. Paid extra for the extra tender vs the 2pc meal of the already pricy boxes. They sent me on my way with 2pc tenders and 5 puny fries. I’ve been to royal farms almost every week twice a week all over pa and Md and never saw a 10$ box look like this. Pathetic.

Don't ever ever EVER buy gas from here. I tried to get some one day coming home from work, and scanner straight snatched my card and wouldn't let it go. I had to waste an hour of my life sitting and waiting at this place waiting for the Management to resolve this issue. Go to highs down the road, same price but the people there are competent

I LOVE these folks!! Mye is always so helpful and cheerful. Staff tries very hard to efficiently handle the flow of customers, with goodwill. Who could ask for more?
