Once we got home the bed was not comfortable at all, but all it took was a visit back to the store. We contacted Kandice and she kindly went back over different types of beds the form and styles. She was very understanding never hassled which we were worried. No hassle return and still gave us the discount that we had with our original purchase. Needless to say my family highly recommends this location if you want excellent products, awesome customer service and a great deal. I'm definitely sending customers her way!!! Very, very pleased.
