Love Dr. Ramirez. He's compassionate, listens to concerns and helps me in every way possible with my multiple health issues. The staff is also wonderful, including his assistant and blood lab staff.

They used to have great care here, but it’s gone severely downhill. New doctors are inexperienced and have subpar clinical knowledge as do most of the other practitioners. Sorry Gbmc.

Doctor is cool and so are most of the employees but I don't get why it takes so long to get hold of someone on the phone? It's very frustrating especially when it's an urgent matter and it takes days for someone to respond??

I came here in 2029 to for the first time open up about mental health and seeking assistance. The doctor they had me speak with basically interviewed/interrogated me and basically accused me of wanting time off from work! I haven't been back since!

This office has gone down hill since Dr. Gorman left. What's worse is the office staff I spoke with took "notes" on MyChart that weren't true. I tested positive for COVID at 5amthis morning. I called to see if I could speak to someone about filling a prescription of Paxlovid to try to shorten my symptoms, which are awful by the way. I was told there was nothing available until tomorrow. Really, not even 5 minutes to send in a scrpt? Obviously, they have too many patients and their care is minimal at best. I am looking for a new provider because of my last 2 interactions.

I have been sick since Friday. Called the office on Friday to be seen by a provider, they had nothing. I was then instructed to contact Padonia GBMC, they had nothing either. I contacted GBMC Hunt valley Monday morning 10:50am as I am still very sick. They did offer me a video visit at 1pm, however, I requested to have a in office visit so someone can fully evaluate my symptoms(sore throat, coughing). The office informed me they could do an office visit and they would call me right back to verify. At 12.20pm I contacted the office to confirm my visit was in person, since I never heard back and I am 30 min away. They informed me that my visit was in fact a video visit. They told me they were too busy to give me a call back. I would also like to add I tested for COVID and it’s negative (the office knew that.) The person I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Did not listen to my concerns at all. I understand if there are certain precautions that need to be taken BUT you need to inform your patient of those protocols that are in place. As a patient of this practice for many years, I am very disappointed how this situation was handled.I LOVE the providers at this office but some of the front desk staff need to be more compassionate and caring. Take the time to explain your protocols so the patient can understand and not just feel that they’ve been ignored and brushed off.I understand you may be very busy and short staffed but please do not take your frustrations out on a patient

My experience with this practice has really gone from OK to terrible. I am a healthy individual and keep regular appointments. Last month, I experienced a severe and acute neuropathy which quick left me unable to dress myself, drive, or walk properly. I called the office when the symptoms began and started to worsen quickly. They could not see me for over a week but told me to call if things worsened. I did, but they could not see me sooner. I asked for a neurology referral and would not get one. Urgent care did not have the resources or knowledge to deal with my symptoms. When I was finally seen, I could barely lift my arms, could not drive, and knew something serious was going on. The doctor who saw me barely did an exam, and sent me home on prednisone. The words spoken to me were, “neurology will not help you.” Two days later I could not move my body in bed. I had my husband take me to the ER. A NEUROLOGIST was in the room within 25min. I was diagnosed with Guillan-Barre syndrome. The key to a good prognosis with this disease is early detection. My level of body paralysis was worse upon hospital admission and I was almost out of the window for the first-line treatment due to delays with this practice not recognizing a serious condition. This borders on negligence.I spent one month in a hospital. The final straw for me was follow-up after discharge. I am still handicapped and cannot drive. The practice calls me THREE HOURS before my 1:30pm appointment to tell me it’s during the physician’s lunch break, and could I instead come in at another time that day. Ridiculous. My husband arranged his work schedule to drive me. And this is inconveniencing the physician on her lunch. I am at my level of handicap due to their inability to recognize this serious condition at an earlier time. I will be changing practices.

Love Michelle Beccio, she has been amazing. The front desk however, never answers the phone. Every time I've called for the past 3 days they just don't answer.

Very disappointed with staff I never got confirmation text when I called I was told my appointment will be at 4 when I came I was told I missed my appointment at 1:00 they put no show and again no one called nothing I was very surprised so I asked if I can still see the doctor after few minutes I was told that since I didn’t show up on time I can’t see doctor today so I was trying to reschedule and again I was told certain date and time and again no confirmation text so I called on the day of my appointment and I was told that I’m not in the system and definitely I don’t have any appointments . I’m not feeling well and to get this kind of answer when you trying to call and get help very acceptable

Just had an appointment with Katherine Serio which was perfectly fine. Not the most knowledgeable about lab testing and scheduling so I had to educate her on that. The lab personnel, which I think is Quest Diagnostics, definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth for customer service. The woman called by a completely wrong name and only after I responded to her calling my last name did she say she had called me three times using the wrong name. When I told her I got no apology or clarification. When I had to inform her I needed a smaller needle for lab work there was no consideration or concern from her, rather felt like I was being intrusive to her. Not using their lab service anymore

I really like this office and the staff is always friendly and efficient. However, please, someone, anyone, please change the phone music when on hold. Some of the beats sound like car horns.

I just wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciate Michelle Beshio and all of the receptionist staff here. I called earlier today to tell the office manager but I am sure she was very busy and I totally understand that lol. I moved back to Maryland and really needed good support with medication and finding other doctors that would take me on. Dr.Beshio really took the time and care to listen and take me seriously. I could tell by my first appointment that she was going to invest in my health and that is a really comforting feeling. I trust that she will do her best to always help! The nurses are lovely too. I just wanted to say thank you for all the you guys do. Hopefully on your worst days you won't forget this :) Thank you! -Kristen U
