I thanked them and prepared to cancel the card, when the phone rang and Tammy from Royal Farms called to say they did, in fact, have my card. This is service above and beyond and I am very grateful that Tammy took the time to call and resolve the matter. This Royal Farms employee gets an A for customer service!”

“A very nice gas station. Gas is always one of the lowest priced in the area, and the mechanized car wash and vacuums are effective and well-priced, too. Most importantly, staff are very kind and thoughtful. One evening, when I was cleaning my car, an attendant kindly asked if I needed any help with my car. It’s nice to know they’re keeping an eye out for the customers and their safety.”

“I’m not sure if the names of the staff that was working on 4/17/2024 at 7:30 P.M but they were amazing. The best staff yet since I’ve been to a Royal Farms in months. I normally just buy a drink but was craving food for the first time in forever.I went to a royal farms in Carney MD that was awful with the food. Threw the food in the trash But this Royal Farms in Timonium on this day was the best!! All the food was fresh and customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work and great customer service!”
